Funny thing is Reagan requested the same thing. It takes time to get analysis before you make a decision this is the right time. Smaller government Obama.

@NJChicago- You may want to google your facts. He has not created 111 Agencies- did you mean Bureau? Ex. DOT is the agency while FAA is the bureau.

Rudy NYC – Who do you think controls the Grant Money ? Oboama ?
A commsisson is created to review the applicamnts for the grants. Commission, Agency, or Program.
they all equate to being a new Government Agency.

diridi, you must be of the group that is so incapable of taking care of yourself that you are willing to throw away every shred of liberty in exhange for some smidgen of "security" you feel the government is able to provide you. Now I realize you're probably unfamiliar with the writings of the founding fathers, but one of the wiser ones, Benjamin Franklin, nailed it when he stated "Those who sacrifie Liberty for security deserve neither".

So the "Small Business Administration" will become the "Dept. of Business Creation, Regulation, Taxation and Takeover"

If you want to start a business, then you need to jusitfy if and submit the proper federal government fees and file the appropriate 10,000 pages of forms and applications. If they agree and like your business, in a few years after all appropriate hearings, you'll be able to start building.

All other businesses will be subject to regular federal government inspection to ensure they are not one of those evil, money making companies trying to enrich their shareholders or not hiring union members.

He is just going to squander more and more money, he has to borrow from China.

How stupid is, a person, who doesn't learn from his mistakes?????

    Dr. Knowit all said:

Looks like 10 were already listed. Just do a little research and reading on your own. They are all out there in plain view.
    -----------
You said one hundred and upteen agencies. You have not listed 10 agencies. 39 or so agencies under the ACA is small fries compared to the agencies created by Bush under his prescription drug program. LIke I said, Cheney ballooned DHS to a $100 billion annual budget comprised of over 400 sub-agencies.

People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. Did you know that, know it all?

    --------------–
The House of Representatives controls all of the money. Not Obama, as you are trying to suggest.

    At gift for Rudy,

Those are not agencies. They are programs and grants that will be monitored and run by existing agencies. Get your head out of your but.

Rudy – Once the money is allocated in the Budget by Congress and approved by the Prez. of course. An agency or entiry of some sort will review grant applications and distribute the funds.

All I'm seeing here is a bunch of dimwits that will NEVER give this president credit for anything he accomplishes or tries to do. If you weren't so hateful towards President Obama you might know that he's been saying he wants to consolidate departments and get rid of redundancy for quite some time making for a more efficient and leaner government. All this talk that he's had his chance just doesn't cut it. Whatever happened to giving our democratically elected presidents at least the 4 years we elected them for. The window of time for any president to accomplish anything seems to get smaller and smaller with every election cycle. If this continues this country is on its way out.

How is President Obama supposed to achieve anything when the Fauxbeauxzos flood the Internet with their daily talking points, most of which are pulled directly out of RL's butt? The rest of us get that you want to destroy America rather than support our duly elected president...but at least come up with complaints that are original and fact-based!

And so the growth of government continues. I wonder how long it will be before the entire working class works for the government? Hmmm so everyone works for the government, pay has to shrink because taxes are what will be used to pay the government workers wages, which will be taxed......resulting in everyone being allotted only what they need to live,,,,hey communism!!!! But didn't the Russians try that and it failed??? Even their own newspaper editorial in Pravda (a Moscow paper) asked the question, "Didn't America learn from our 70 years mistake?"
