Charleston, South Carolina (CNN) - Good Morning from the Palmetto State.
We’re just a day and a half away from Thursday night’s CNN Southern Republican presidential debate. We’re putting the final touches on the debate hall, which is located at the North Charleston Coliseum. The debate will be the final showdown between the five major Republican White House hopefuls before Saturday’s crucial South Carolina primary.

John King is a very good reporter. He gives it to us straight. Unlike Soledad O'Brien.
This upcoming debate should be the most interesting one to date. I would tell the referees to let them play.
It's always fun to watch Romney stumble and squirm on his record and his buisness practices so this debate will probably be won again by Obama
What is left to debate? It would be nice if they told us, " as President I will do this, and this is how I will do it, and this is where the funds will come from"
