Charleston, South Carolina (CNN) - Rick Perry is out of the race for the White House, and his podium is now gone from the stage at Thursday night's CNN-Southern Republican presidential debate.
As the Texas governor was announcing he was suspending his bid for the GOP presidential nomination, one of the five podiums on the stage at the North Charleston Coliseum was removed.

When I lived in Texas (twice) they would say "At least we aren't SC".
Well, folks, now the people in SC are saying "At least we aren't Texas".
lol
All four so much better than Obama, can't wait until November 2012.
When Arena became small easy to punch your opponent
Newt prayers has come true more time in the debate
Perry probably never should have been in the debate, anyway. They had to find a loophole to make him eligible to participate in the debate.
Anyone who thinks that these 4 are better than President Obama.. please list why! So we can at least get your view points and just talking points from your favorite tv channel. Thanks!
So many articles about the candidates so little info about what they did while in office or what they plan to do. Instead we read about meaningless polls and he said/she said comments from the candidates. How are we expected to make an informed decision about who we want to lead our country?
