Chihuahua, Mexico (CNN) - In the town of Colonia Juarez, where houses look much like homes in the American Southwest, there lives a family named Romney.
Mitt Romney's great-grandfather led the first group of Mormons to the state of Chihuahua to flee religious persecution. Mitt Romney's father George – an auto executive, and Michigan governor who also ran for president in the United States – was born nearby, in a town called Colonia Dublan. He left with his parents when he was only five years old, but Romney relatives still live nearby.

Gov. Romney's tax reform plan would cost $500 billion dollars per year. He has no plan to pay for it.
The Ryan Plan would not balance the budget for 40-50 years, and it assumes a nationwide unemployment rate of under 5% within a few years. It would also add hundreds of billions of dollars per year to our debt.

Private equity firms fix broken companies and give them a shot at survival. In fact, that's what Solyndra needed. Not $500 million from taxpayers to fund a business plan that didn't make money. 1,200 jobs gone when a Private Equity firm was probably what they really needed. Maybe a lot of those jobs could have been saved.

The Ryan Plan reaches primary balance in 2015. This is where spending-interest payments=revenue. Obama's Plan never reaches Primary Balance. Never.
The Ryan Plan does not assume unemployment under 5%, it drives unemployment to below 5% within a few years. Obama does not have a plan to do that.
The Ryan Plan actually reduces the national debt and begins paying it off. Obama does not have a plan that does that.
