Can Romney's Mexico ties, Spanish ads woo Latino voters?

Chihuahua, Mexico (CNN) - In the town of Colonia Juarez, where houses look much like homes in the American Southwest, there lives a family named Romney.

Mitt Romney's great-grandfather led the first group of Mormons to the state of Chihuahua to flee religious persecution. Mitt Romney's father George – an auto executive, and Michigan governor who also ran for president in the United States – was born nearby, in a town called Colonia Dublan. He left with his parents when he was only five years old, but Romney relatives still live nearby.

If Latinos are STUPID enough to vote for ANY Republican after ALL they have done with the immigration issue, then they deserve the treatment they get. Let me be clear...
    Gays
    Women
    African American people
    The disabled.
    The middle class
and People making less than 250k/year
HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO BUSINESS VOTING FOR A REPUBLICAN

Voters should not cast their ballot for Romney because he has ties to one ethnic group or another. They should cast their ballot for Romney because he has a better plan for America, better capabilities to get it done and can provide better leadership than Obama.

A RESOUNDING NO!!! Just because people who speak Spanish are called "latinos" or "hispanis" it doesn't make them one country or people.
They have different backgrounds, history and think differently when it comes to politics and other issues.
Little rubio in Florida will know what the Cubans think of him and his made story about his family. Too many of them have real true terribly sad stories. The $250M flip flopper's grandfather moved to Mexico so he could have all the wives he wanted and ended up with 28 kids.

Gov. Romney's tax reform plan would cost $500 billion dollars per year. He has no plan to pay for it.

The Ryan Plan would not balance the budget for 40-50 years, and it assumes a nationwide unemployment rate of under 5% within a few years. It would also add hundreds of billions of dollars per year to our debt.

Doesn't this sound lilke the Bush Tax Cuts?

"They should cast their ballot for Romney because he has a better plan for America, better capabilities to get it done and can provide better leadership than Obama."

And there's the rub; Flipper the Elitist Robot has NO "better plan for America."

In answer to the title, no. Furthermore, he doesn't want to do any more debates, so apparently the one set for next week has been canceled. Hissy fit much Mr. Rmoney?

@Rudy NYC – add to that the fact that we still have the Bush tax cuts. Why have we been convinced for decades now that Republicans are fiscally responsible? I'm not seeing it and think (gasp) we've been lied to.

Private equity firms fix broken companies and give them a shot at survival. In fact, that's what Solyndra needed. Not $500 million from taxpayers to fund a business plan that didn't make money. 1,200 jobs gone when a Private Equity firm was probably what they really needed. Maybe a lot of those jobs could have been saved.

The Ryan Plan reaches primary balance in 2015. This is where spending-interest payments=revenue. Obama's Plan never reaches Primary Balance. Never.

The Ryan Plan does not assume unemployment under 5%, it drives unemployment to below 5% within a few years. Obama does not have a plan to do that.

The Ryan Plan actually reduces the national debt and begins paying it off. Obama does not have a plan that does that.

  14. Whatever

First his tax returns (last 6 years) AND his long birth certificate. He sounds like an anchor baby if his father was born in Mexico... hmmm.

Now there will be plenty of Latino/Hispanic inclined to vote for him more so for his so called policies than beccause of his ties to Meico. There will be a lot more voting for the President!!!!
