Where the money is: A campaign spending primer

Washington (CNN) - The following is a primer on campaign finance terms relevant to the Supreme Court's 2010 "Citizens United" ruling that loosened spending restrictions in federal elections, which will have an impact this election year.

    Millions upon millions of dollars spent on smear campaigns and people are still homeless and hungry. Maybe the campaign funds should be used for something that actually BENEFIT MANKIND .

    I think the candidate who has millions of attack ads being spent by superPACs is vulnerable to an attack that said candidate is sponsored by and beholden to special interests.
