(CNN) - Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney has won the Wyoming caucuses, CNN projects.
Based on straw-poll results compiled and released by the Wyoming Republican Party, Romney won 39% of the votes cast in straw polls conducted at county-level caucuses.

Columbus, Ohio (CNN) - Mitt Romney's campaign scrambled to clean up another unforced error by their candidate Wednesday after he came out against a controversial amendment pushed by Senate Republicans that would allow employers to opt out of health care coverage they disagree with on moral grounds.
Romney's statement, which came in an afternoon interview with Ohio News Network, quickly reverberated around the Internet and prompted Romney's campaign to clarify that the opposite was true, and that the former Massachusetts governor, in fact, supports the legislation.

Of the 30 delegates at stake, Romney took 15 and Santorum took 15, with zero unallocated as of late Wednesday afternoon.
(CNN) – Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum will report raising $9 million in February, a Santorum campaign source told CNN Wednesday.
The source said the campaign received funds from more than 130,000 contributors during the month and that Wednesday was one of their best fundraising days of the 2012 race.

"It's become an all or nothing proposition and that failure has eroded the public's confidence about the direction of this country and about governing institutions to be at the front lines of solving these problems."

Focusing on economic issues, the $200,000 ad buy will air in the days leading up to the state's Super Tuesday primary on March 6.
Bexley, Ohio (CNN) - After taking a break Wednesday morning from the negative back-and-forth that came to define the Republican presidential race in Michigan, Mitt Romney reprised his direct assault on Rick Santorum at a campaign stop in vote-heavy central Ohio.
"Rick Santorum is a nice guy but he is an economic lightweight," Romney told a polite crowd at Capital University in Bexley, an affluent suburb of Columbus. "He doesn't understand what it takes to make the economy work on a personal basis."
