(CNN) - She may have dropped her bid for the presidential nomination, but Michele Bachmann is still adamantly pushing her conservative credentials.
Asked by Bloomberg TV’s Al Hunt to name the most conservative candidate remaining in the 2012 race, Bachmann responded by plugging herself.

"I was. I was the perfect candidate," Bachmann said. "America had their chance with the perfect candidate. But any of our candidates are going to be acceptable to the American people. More than acceptable, because right now, if you look at the Gallup map that came out this week, President Obama is in big trouble all across the country."
Bachmann’s assertion that she was the prefect candidate ultimately comes too late – the Minnesota congresswoman dropped out of the 2012 GOP race in January after finishing sixth in Iowa, the state where she was born.
She announced last week that she would seek re-election for her seat in Congress.

Come on, Minnesota. Get with the program. Don't re-elect the Queen of Delusion.
OMG, please stop with the jokes!!!!!!
Poor delusional woman, I kind of feel sorry for her because she's living outside of reality on many things!
She is/was perfect. The perfect nut. I bet she will not be re-elected. Should be fun to watch
Talk about living in a bubble. I think her air-head brain and the bubble have actually merged into one.
God bless the blessed, for thee blessed seem to think they know all about all....Especially what is best for all the rest!
The lovely but oh so stupid michele bachmann has no idea where she is...
Keep believing the fairytale.... Please go back to your hole.
The woman is terribly deluded. What is wrong with these Republicans, trying to appeal to the pigs that comprise their party?
She's a "perfect" liar and a "perfect" candidate to spread fear and paranoia amongst Americans. Bachmann is a poor example of a true American. She's nothing more than a lunatic idealist.
Can these people, GOP/TP, be any more insane???
The operative word "WAS" is the best thing for America. Now she's a thang of the past. Now if the good folk of MN would send her to the house for good, how sweet it is!!

Perfect only in your own mind, Michelle.
She's certifiably insane.
god told her to run but didn't deliver. how sad!
Hunny child, u r SO delusional it is almost pathetic ... ALMOST.
Loser loser go away.
She keeps using that word. I don't think the word means what she seems to think the word means.
One word, DELUSIONAL. sad, it's just sad.
"I was. I was the perfect candidate," Bachmann said. "America had their chance with the perfect candidate."
How can you top that?
a mind is a terrible thing to waste
A perfect Republican candidate in the eyes of the Democrats, that is. Did you get the Thank You card and fruit basket President Obama sent, Michele? LOL!
wake up Minnesota and vote this woman out of Congress
