President Obama will present his 2013 budget plan Monday

Washington (CNN) – When President Barack Obama rolls out his 2013 budget proposal Monday, it's likely to unleash another round of political finger-pointing on Capitol Hill.

The White House bills the document as a "blueprint for how we can rebuild an economy where hard work pays off and responsibility is rewarded."

Obamas last budget; Ninety-seven senators voted against a motion to even take it up.

Obama is set to unveil his budget proposal and its tax hikes. The multitude of—utterly unnecessary—tax hikes will burden Americans, slow down the recovery; albeit a small recovery, hurt job creation, make American companies less competitive and burden all Americans with higher taxes and consumer costs – this plan is a disaster for the economy.

From the opinions of the baggers and CPAC bigots, It looks like all right wingnuts make over $250,000. Don't be afraid of an intelligent president who happens to be black, the civil war that started in 1861 has been over since the civil rights act of 1964, so get over it.

I have discovered that republicans would vote to live in a pig sty if the Kochs and Rove told them to.

I have full confidence in this president. America needs to watch all illegals, not only from Mexico, but India. I think we need to stop issuing immigrations for a while. America needs to work before we hire any of the foreigners, including Computer guys and medicine guys. o.k, Nation is on right track now than ever before. Dollar needs its strength in world market. 9. Joe from CT, not Lieberman

So, has Speaker Boehner taken the same tack that Newt Gingrich and Bob Dole did in the 90s? Has he decided that the President's Budget is DoA, just like his predecessors used to do? Don't bother trying to read or understand it. Just declare it dead?
