(CNN) – The motto for the organization Tea Party Patriots is "100% Grassroots, 100% of the time."
And to keep that philosophy, the group's co-founder Mark Meckler recently paid a visit to Cincinnati. Ohio's primary is part of "Super Tuesday," meaning the Buckeye State has seen its share of the Republican presidential contenders.

Washington (CNN) - A 2008 speech by Rick Santorum at Ave Maria University is making waves this week, in large part because Santorum said Satan had his sights set on America and the country was facing spiritual warfare.
The speech came at the beginning of the academic year at the Catholic university in Florida. At that point, the 2008 presidential campaign was in full swing. Then-candidate Barack Obama had recently made a statement about abortion and the issue of deciding when life began, which he said was above his pay grade.
(CNN) - On the eve of the last debate before crucial primaries, Republican presidential challengers Rick Santorum and Newt Gingrich battled for conservative support by targeting President Barack Obama in increasingly strident attacks Tuesday.
Santorum told a crowd in Arizona, which will hold its primary with Michigan on February 28, that Obama and liberals consider the U.S. Constitution an out-of-date document for modern times.
Washington (CNN) - Ann Romney has pinned herself a new role in her husband's presidential campaign.
The wife of presidential candidate Mitt Romney recently began using the social media site Pinterest. The official Mitt Romney Twitter feed drew attention to the site Tuesday by posting, "Ann's way ahead of me on this one – check out her Pinterest page here pinterest.com/annromney/."
Phoenix, Arizona (CNN) – Rick Santorum dismissed the fundamental rationale for Mitt Romney's candidacy on Tuesday, arguing that the country needs a leader who understands fundamental American values - not just a turnaround artist.
"I am not a manager," Santorum said. "I am not a visionary. I am a guy from a steel town who grew up understanding what made this country great."
Shelby Township, Michigan (CNN) - Mitt Romney said he would unveil an economic plan to tackle federal spending and entitlement programs and propose a "flatter, fairer and simpler" tax code in a policy speech on Friday in Detroit.
The speech could give Romney the opportunity to emphasize his financial bona fides and rally the party's fiscal conservatives as he attempts to win over supporters of former Sen. Rick Santorum.
Mesa, Arizona (CNN) – On the eve of the final Republican presidential debate before primaries in Arizona and Michigan, as well as the 10 Super Tuesday states, a new survey indicates that Rick Santorum may be closing the gap with Mitt Romney in the Grand Canyon State.
According to a CNN/Time/ORC International poll released Tuesday, 36% of people likely to vote in Arizona's February 28th GOP presidential primary say they're backing Romney as their party's nominee, with 32% supporting Santorum. The former Massachusetts governor's four point margin over the former senator from Pennsylvania is within the survey's sampling error, meaning they are basically tied for the top spot.

Mesa, Arizona (CNN) – Things appear to be moving in the right direction for President Obama and his re-election drive – at least a bit.
The unemployment rate has been steadily going down in recent months.
Shelby Township, Michigan (CNN) – Campaigning in advance of the crucial Michigan primary, Mitt Romney attacked President Obama Tuesday for pursuing a "secular agenda" during a wide-ranging town hall meeting that veered into social issues the GOP candidate often skirts.
For many weeks Romney has largely eschewed the town hall format in favor of controlled rallies or business round table meetings - and indeed, the questions he fielded from audience members in Shelby, Michigan were not in Romney's economic wheelhouse but on topics such as abortion, religious freedom and aid for the mentally disabled.
