(CNN) – Rick Santorum has been off the campaign trail since Wednesday's CNN Arizona Republican Presidential Debate, but he returns on Friday evening with a harsh critique of Mitt Romney on energy, the economy and his conservative values.
"Governor Romney described himself as resolute on that debate stage," Santorum is slated to say in Lincoln Park, Michigan, according to his campaign. "There's no question that he's resolute – trouble is he's resolutely liberal."

Billed by his campaign as a "major announcement" – not typical for a Friday evening – Santorum is to rip into his rival while Romney, who was born in Michigan, campaigns on the other side of the state, two hours away.
Santorum, who said "politics is a team sport" at Wednesday's debate, is expected to say Romney's "teammates were the Democrats."
"While Mitt Romney was pushing for the Wall Street Bailouts – I was fighting for the free-market system to work," Santorum is to say, according to prepared remarks released to reporters.
"While Mitt Romney was listening to the radical environmentalists about global warming and pushing taxpayer dollars to green energy companies – I was fighting to open up drilling in Alaska and expand natural gas exploration," he will continue.
Romney has criticized Santorum's "team" comment in his own stump speeches, telling voters in Milford, Michigan on Thursday that Santorum is typical "people [who] go to Washington and they vote for things they don't believe in."
"I'm not sure what's in the water, but they decide that they've got to take one for the team, or whatever they say, and they keep on voting for the same old stuff, and spending grows and grows over the years," Romney said.
On Thursday, Romney's Communications Director Gail Gitcho said "Back in 2008, Sen. Santorum endorsed Mitt Romney for president because of Mitt's 'conservative' record. Now, Rick's changed his tune. This sounds like another case of Rick Santorum abandoning his principles for his own political advantage."

@Fair – When the FDIC regulators go in and have to shut down a bank, and pay off the depositers, that is when the Federal Reserve gets involved and pretty much runs the show. Because when a bank runs out of money, guess whose money it really is that is missing from the bank? Believe it or not, it is ultimately the Fed's money when it is in a bank.
