Washington (CNN) – After attending a noon-time speech by President Barack Obama that focused primarily on education reform, many of the nation’s most conservative governors spoke to reporters outside the White House on Monday and said they heard some things they liked in the president’s message.
“We absolutely have to have the best educational system in the entire world, so I do agree with the need for educational reform,” Louisiana’s Republican Gov. Bobby Jindal told reporters.
GOP is living in their own planet different from the rest of us. Were they not aware that there is no best gift you can give a child more than education? Way to go my opposite side friends!
And when the right wingnut governors write their books, they will condemn our president.
All the Governors are doing is cutting education funding. I don't trust even one of them with education in this country.
Obama believes reelection is important and first property than jobs, and budget.
I'm sure they can all agree with Obama on one thing: the Republican presidential candidates suck this year.
There are third world countries with better education system than us. Never cut education. Children are the future.
The first time, EVER, I have to agree with Bobby Jindal.
Thank god one gop got sense to know that we need education.

PS – just watch any news program where you hear children, as in China, speaking English. How many American studnets can speak Chinese?
I agree, ST. The best gift you can give a child is an education. The worst thing you can do is destroy his innate understanding of cause and effect.
