How is it possible for their to be "more" jobs, with no change in the unemployment rate? I guess I did not learn that kind of math in school, it is so confusing, I'll stick with my calculus and differential equations.

Simple mathematics people, unemployment didn't change because previously it was said that our government had counted Temporary jobs as part of full time/permanent jobs which now those people are back hunting for a job. Previous numbers were wrong, this time the unemployment rate is realistic.
