Twin Southern wins reinvigorate Santorum campaign

Lafayette, Louisiana (CNN) - A beaming Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum declared he "did it again" and "defied the odds" Tuesday night as he took the stage fresh off his wins in the critical Southern states of Alabama and Mississippi.

Speaking to a packed banquet room at a hotel in Louisiana - a state that holds its contest next week - the former Pennsylvania senator told supporters that if they followed in Tuesday's footsteps, he'd be one step closer to clinching the title of 'Republican nominee.'

This is the worst GOP field I have ever known. Fighting like worst than Dogs, for position, not for the nation....true, true, true. This guy is the 3rd century idiot, the other Bain-Capital idiot to loot and cheat this nation.

I don't know why this is perceived to be such a big win for Santorum....He actually came in 2nd in overal delegate wins on Tuesday night. Romney proved he can get as many votes as Santorum and Gingrich in an "away" game field. I think the Romney campaign is beaming this morning...A win would have been nice but its delegate count thing stupid!

Hey Wake up People, As a Dem you sure are worried about Romney's money and the fact that he is winning. Just so you know Romney is not using any of his personal funds to campaign on. It is all funds raised by the people that support him. That is another reason for you to worry because Romney has friends in high and low places he will be funded well. He has the organization and the money. But most of all he will have the backing of the majority of voters come Nov. The only thing you put done is OBAMA 2012 and that is to say goodbye to him.
