Schaumburg, Illinois (CNN) – Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney awaited the results of an Illinois Republican primary he was favored to win Tuesday by spending time in the Chicago suburbs, while leading rival Rick Santorum skipped the state on election day.
Romney stopped by the Chicago offices of the Internet giant Google and took questions from users of the company's Google Plus social network on Tuesday, while Santorum planned to await the results in his home state of Pennsylvania.

Mittens will win in Illinois. They seem to like rich elitist liars up there, as much as we like them in Florida.
Way to go John, let's keep pounding Romney while promoting Santorum to the end, no I don't like Santorum either, but he sure makes a good political insurgent! I'm getting shivers up the back of the leg with this one..
I caught a few video sound bites [whatever that really means] of Mitt Romney on the Illinois stump criticizing Pres. Obama with his usual rant about how the president doesn't understand how an economy works. After a few self-serving boasts, some resounding applause, the clips ended.
All conservatives are in love with saying stuff like, "He doesn't get it." The truth is Pres. Obama doesn't want it. Their vision of how an economy should work is fundamentally different. Their vision places "greed over people", while he liberal vision doesn't cater to greed at all instead focusing on the people and protecting the people.
Conservatives like Romney sound like they have an addiction, and the name of the addiction is greed. They want everyone to join in and discover the wonders and marvels of their addiction. Conservatives even have a name for it. They call it values.
Rmoney has already lost Illinois simply by virtue of his massive ad spending. Winning an election by outspending your opponent 7-1 simply shows Rmoney is trying to buy the election. It is no evidence whatsoever that he is a viable candidate with useful plans and policies for America.
