(CNN) – Sarah Palin heaped praise on Rick Santorum after the Republican presidential candidate accused a reporter of "bulls-" questioning over the weekend.
The former 2008 GOP vice presidential candidate said the exchange showed strength.

"It was good and it was strong and it was about time because he's saying enough is enough of the liberal media twisting conservative's words," Palin said on Fox News late Monday night. "I was like welcome to my world Rick. And good on ya, don't retreat."
Santorum engaged in a heated exchange with The New York Times' Jeff Zeleny Sunday night when the reporter asked Santorum about his earlier comment that Romney was "the worst Republican in the country to put up against Barack Obama," in reference to health care. An angry Santorum said "quit distorting my words … It's bulls-."
The former Pennsylvania senator later told CNN's Wolf Blitzer on CNN's "The Situation Room," "If you're a conservative and you haven't taken on a New York Times reporter you're not worth your salt as far as I'm concerned."
Palin echoed the sentiments, calling Zeleny a "liberal leftist in the tank for Obama."
"I was glad that he called out this reporter," Palin said. "He and the other candidates, all of them, they need to do more of this because believe me the American people are tired of what the leftist media continues to do to conservatives."
When asked if a nominee Santorum could be a reality, the former Alaska governor said "anything is possible."

So asking a candidate to clarify a statement he made verbatim is somehow bullshit and Leftist? I suppose it's a trick question like asking what periodical they read. The Right is absolutely insane.

The reporter quotes Santorum verbatim, and Santorum curses him for twisting his words. There's a mental problem here and Santorum has it. When are these candidates going to stop blaming the press for simply repeating what they've said on tape? Temper, temper!!
Once again, Mrs Palin gets it wrong. She praises Santorum's defense of his comments without addressing what caused the outburst in the first place.
Do we really want someone who can lose his cool so easily as President?

In related news, Palin announced that she is pregnant once again, and that she and her husband planned to name the child "Bulls**t", thereby discarding the originally-planned name "Wedgie". BTW, Palin must really go nuts several times a day with the "liberal media" (i.e., those who write in complete sentences) since she reads "all of" the newspapers. That must be very tiring.

I would have congratulated Santorum too if the press really did distort his words. However, he really did say the things the press are claiming, and there's even video proof about sticking with Obama over Romney in a previous speech. It wasn't even taken out of context if you listen to his whole speech.
Sarah Palin has her own set of rules. She uses the social networks to make pronouncements and to further her own causes. As long as she does that she is not bound by the truth,
I think we can argue and debate without using this language. It does shine a light on our inability to debate and converse with respect.

Sarah has really hated the media since Katy Couric, during an interview, asked Sarah one of those "gotcha questions. The "gotcha" question was, "What do you like to read?"

These stupid people who get into politics and then get upset when the press does what the press does. Palin lived with a foot in her mouth the whole time she was on the national stage because she seemed to think she was above doing the work to know what's going on in the world and for imformed opinions. Saruman is just a hypocrite who seems to pick and choose the parts of his religion that are useful at the moment and ignore those that are inconvenient. Both of them think the world should bend to suit them and complain when that doesn't happen. A truly unhappy place to live.
