Washington (CNN) - The Government Services Administration has suspended an employee award program cited by congressional investigators for exceeding spending limits, the acting head of the agency said Tuesday.
In a video obtained by CNN, Acting Administrator Dan Tangherlini said halting the Hats Off Store that provided employee awards was one step in an effort to prevent the kind of "indefensible" wasteful spending involving a 2010 Las Vegas conference of GSA workers from happening again.

GSA is a government organization that employs both dems and republicans. Just like all the other government organizations. If you'll check, you'll see that the republican head of GSA under Bush had trouble too. Do some research before you turn THIS into politics. In fact, the page of GSA "evils" is mostly populated by repub. people. I dare you to google it.

It happened on Obama's watch and HE is responsible for it. The BUCK STOPS WITH OBAMA. HE IS THE PRESIDENT. Or didn't anybody tell him he won in 2008? Because he sure never thinks he is responsible for anything other that things he had nothing to do with.

Regardless who is at fault or which Admin had troubles, this is a prime example of why we should not raise anyones taxes to pay for more Government spending. They spent less than one million on this boodoggle of excess, there are BILLIONS wasted every day just on Medicare and Medicade fraud. We need to clean up our bloated out of controll federal Govt. The President and the Dems in the senate are unwilling to put the brakes on
Democrats in here consistently show what dull tools they are......constantly defending the wasteful federal government and/or pointing fingers at something else to divert attention away from the problem.
