Washington (CNN) – Her birthday may be Monday, but some of the biggest gifts Ann Romney brings in will come the day after.
Mrs. Romney is the guest of honor at a birthday fundraising event Tuesday in New York City for the campaign, hosted by Donald Trump's wife, Melania.

Trump spokesman Michael Cohen said 400 people are expected at the event in the couple's residence inside Trump Tower. Cohen said the event sold out in a week, and is expected to bring in "well in excess" of $600,000.
Cohen said Trump will stop by the fundraiser to wish Mrs. Romney a happy birthday. He said Trump expects to host another fundraiser for the campaign at Trump Tower once Romney officially clinches the nomination.
First lady Michelle Obama will also be raising cash on Tuesday. She will speak at a Democratic National Committee event in Nashville, followed by two DNC fundraisers in Pittsburgh.
Tuesday will be a busy political day in Pittsburgh, as Romney holds a midday campaign roundtable at a community center in suburban Bethel Park.

Trump? Really? That's to whom you want to be closely associated? That paragon of virtue (let's see, wifey number 3 (or is it 4... I don't know... I lost count)), fiscal responsibility (hmmmm... how many times has "the Donald" used bankruptcy laws to avoid making good on his debts?) and honesty (New York real estate and casinos... 'nuff said.)
For someone trying to downplay the fact if elected he would be the 2nd wealthiest president in history, taking favors from, and hanging out with the Trumps, is not helping.
The "Stepford Wives" are celebrating the Republicans blocking debate or vote on the Buffet rule. Obstructionism yet again! The Republicans wanted to be certain the fat-cats wouldn't have to pay a tax rate as high as working folks and retired military. Working people really, really need to throw-out the whole stinking Tea Party crowd of lap-dogs for the uber-rich. People who aren't in the upper 1% income brackets and still vote Republican are simply pawns – manipulated by bigotry, ignorance and fear.

Seems fitting that Melania Trump should host a party for Ann Romney, considering that after the 2012 elections are over their husbands will both be on Hollywood Squares together.

And, if Anne looks good, maybe it's because she has values, faith, doesn't touch alcohol, tobacco or caffeine and lives according to her faith and her values. You might try it sometime. If you can.
