
(CNN) – On any given day in the fall of 2007, John Edwards could be heard preaching his populist prose to Iowa voters who eagerly packed into lumber barns, VFW halls and Culver restaurants across the state.

What is it with Dimes & Democrats? Obama once said that bailing out GM wouldn't cost the American Taxpayer a dime. And it ends up costing the American Taxpayer $38 billion. When they start talking about dimes, expect a lie.
