Pro-Romney super PAC back on the air

Washington (CNN) – The super PAC backing Mitt Romney's candidacy is back on the air with a major $4.3 million ad campaign beginning Wednesday in nine battleground states.

The commercials will air on broadcast and cable in Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Michigan, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Nevada, Ohio and Virginia, the group announced Wednesday.

Interestingly there is no buy in Pennsylvania although the PAC did air $837,000 worth of spots there before Rick Santorum suspended his campaign on April 10.

The group is airing an ad touting Romney's help in aiding the search for a colleague's daughter when she went missing in New York. Romney was heading the venture capital firm Bain Capital at the time.

The PAC's buy comes days after the Obama re-election campaign went up with $834,000 worth of ads in Iowa, Virginia and Ohio battling back on attacks against the Obama administration's energy policies and attacking Mitt Romney's for some of his business practices.

The breakdown of Restore Our Future's buy is: Colorado ($293,000); Florida ($857,000); Iowa ($490,000); Michigan ($465,000); North Carolina ($773,000); New Hampshire ($231,000); Nevada ($278,000); Ohio ($581,000); Virginia ($354,000).

This ad buy goes for two weeks ending May 16.

As Romney's campaign opponents have pulled out, Restore Our Future has removed from its YouTube channel the blistering ads it aired during earlier primary contests which criticized both Santorum and Newt Gingrich as they mounted major challenges to Romney.

Just got a glimpse of an attack ad regarding oil that even the Washington Post is condemning as lies and made up information from the sociorobot campaign.
Is this mini kyl? How do they get away with lie after lie?
Maybe we need to start petitions to make sure broadcasting companies research the truth of whatever they are advertising from a dirty tea tard campaign! This is NOT going to feet you elected flip flopper. This just makes you seem scared and shows what a pathetic little limp appendix od a man you are!

Ahhh... the "Swift Boat" lies are hitting the airways once more. You religious folks need to think about “You shall not bear false witness against your neighbour.” before you start the traditional Republican campaign of outright lies. Are you willing to both vote for a Mormon and tell lies to get him elected? Is that okay? Really?

Maybe that Christianity thing is just a social club or a hobby... nothing you actually take seriously...

To all the superpacs donors.... with the money being spent on ads, not any one of you should complain about the economy.

Keep spending that money superpac. November is not here yet and sooner or later the trough will be dry. Mittens will not want to spend his own money to take up the slack. That good old boy network is a hoot. They have these people sending in all kinds of money and they are wasting it on nonsense. It will not change my mind, because I see where the greedy and power hungry people are. Everyone else suffers struggling and the GOP just keeps on taking.
