Lynchburg, Virginia (CNN) – When Michelle Berry got up this morning, she wasn’t thinking about Mitt Romney. For her, this day was a long time coming.
Berry, a 48-year old senior at Liberty University, has dreamed of college graduation for a long time. After finishing high school 30-years ago, Berry got her associates degree in nursing. Until today, a bachelor’s degree has eluded her.
just read-[[-the myth of mitt] and[ when romney came to town] and what he did at bain capital he,s not much different than a mafia boss- i can see why republicans like him
Romney -- One can draw a straight line from the young man who pinned down a terrified teenager and walked a blind man into a closed door, to the adult who put the family dog in a kennel and strapped it to the roof of the car, to the businessman who laid off hundreds of people, cancelled their health benefits, and paid himself millions while their company went bankrupt. And the line continues: the governor who slashed education and raised fees on the middle class, and the possible president who would use his power to cut taxes on his fellow millionaires while pushing for the gradual demise of traditional Medicare.
A man who pretends to be Christian, speaking in front of a bunch of people who pretend to be Christian, at a school that pretends to educate, named after the liberty it pretends to support. This shows how far into the moral and intellectual cesspool the GOBP cult has sunk,
I could never stand Jerry Falwell and his bigotted views – I am glad he is gone.....
Good for her. Congratulations... and I hope she didn't have to take out any student loans.
Wow, Romney had to hold a college graduation hostage in order to finally fill a stadium.
