(CNN) – Vice President Joe Biden kicks off a two-day swing Wednesday through the eastern edge of the must-win battleground state of Ohio, an area that President Barack Obama is unlikely to visit this election year.
And while the vice president apologized to the president last week for seemingly jumping the gun on the issue of same-sex marriage, this trip is an illustration of just how valuable Biden is for Obama as he bids for a second term in the White House.
FULL STORY

Its surprising to a elder man like bidden thinking for the younger generation and talks more in the future than dwelling in the past like the repubs 1960s cold war mind frame. Bidden need to talk more about modernizing the American infrastructure, by encorporating the help of the rich through tax hikes. Hey the rich will be the main benefactor of a striving economy, and be the worst ones in a double dip recession, because they've got a lot more to lose.
Biden's campaign trail goes where Obama figures the gaffe machine dolt can do the least amount of damage.
FIFY.
"Biden's campaign trail goes where Obama figures the gaffe machine dolt can do the least amount of damage."
Sadly for the GOBP cult, the pathetic Rmoney makes gaffes every day and everywhere he goes. There's simply no hiding his unfitness to be president.

In case you haven't noticed, Mitt Romney has a higher gaffe score. "I like firing people." "I'm not releasing my taxes until after I'm elected." "The trees are the right height." "I ate some grits for breakfast and now I feel strange." The list goes on and on.
Sending grandpa wont cut!! the more the guffes the lesser the votes!! 6 months and counting!!
"Sure, people vote for the top of the ticket, but this election will likely turn on who can build an economy for the middle class," Begala said. "If that's the question, Biden is a big part of the answer."

And as everyone knows, the answer to the question who has had every opportunity in the world to build an economy for the middle class, that would be Obama. Obama had both arms of congress in his pocket for 2009 and 2010 along with literally trillions of dollars in support at his disposal. What did he do? He ignored unemployment and the real needs of the economy and he pursued his liberal partisan agenda. Sure, he called the"Stimulus" a jobs bill, but we know now it was not. He has no clue how to recover an economy. He knows only partisan politics.

Joe is better in the blue collar states than the President. Which is why you'll see Joe and Bubba in the blue collar swing states.

Joe is better in every state than Obama. And I think Joe is probably exceeding his competence with any public service job larger than mayor of a very small town. But that's still more than what I think Obama is functionally capable of.

He we go again with the lie about a two year filibuster proof majority that never existed. Joe Leiberman was part of that 60 vote majority in 2009 who votes against Obama at almost every turn.. Scott Brown took office in Jan, 2010, making that a filibuster proof majority only 59 votes, which is what the count was since Sen. Kennedy passed in Aug. 2009.
A two year filibuster proof majority for Democrats never existed.

I guess that explains why Barack Obama blew Joe Biden out of the water during 2008 primaries. Thanks for letting us know what you think. It's unreal.
