Senators to Saverin: Don't come back. Ever.

(CNNMoney) - Eduardo Saverin's decision to leave the United States with his money, but not his citizenship, has apparently touched a nerve in the Senate.

Two members of the world's greatest deliberative body, Chuck Schumer and Bob Casey, held a press conference Thursday morning on Capitol Hill where they outlined legislation that would prevent the Facebook co-founder from ever returning to the United States.

If he doesn't like the country, he can leave. I would prefer if he had left his money here and distributed it to charities.

The only way most of these people will come back is if people like Schumer, Casey and Obama are finally convicted of treason and are in jail or awaiting execution. I wish I had the money to join them, but Schumer, Casey and Obama have taken it all to give it to the drug addicts, welfare frauds and corrupt union bosses that keep stealing the elections for them.

I have a feeling this Brazilian guy is running away from some unethical, criminal behavior he got involved in and giving up his US citizenship will save him from jail. This is nothing new of foreigners using our country to make their money and then leaving. Seriously people, this is nothing more than a scam.

Just one more example of the unchecked and immoral greed that exists within the 1% of the popluation – totally disgusting. I say bar him from ever returning to the US.

The legislation makes perfect sense. You make you fortune here, then denounce your citizenship. Who does that? I think he may be trying avoid paying taxes once FB goes public. Simple as that. Why wait until this year do denounce your citizenship? I like this legislation and think it should be passed. Don't step foot in this country EVER AGAIN!!!

I agree with these two senators, now if we can just stop some other folks from hiding their money in Swiss bank accounts and the like we may be on to something.

Maybe he doesn't want the Wannabe's to cheat him out of his money. The Liberal's and Democrats want to run the country, but they want the Conservatives and Republicians to pay for it. With the liberals who needs the Mafia. You wanna be sucessful??? Get in the game. Beggers can't be Choosers.

Freeze his assets and tax him at 100%. The only thing worse than taking it from behind by the top 1% is taking it from behind by a top 1% foreigner.

Wow, so Casey, Schumer and Obama are the cause of us going into a depression and NOT the two unpaid for wars and tax cuts for the RICH – it could not be that, right???? What an idiot!! I wish I had the money to give you and I bet you still won't give up your citizenship – you;ll stay here and continue to talk trash!!

I would not allow Saverin to return neither – he acts like a typical corporate leader of BAIN – take over companies to make millions and ship jobs overseas – forget about building America!!!

Good, let him go. I hope he inspires many more dollar worshipers to follow suit. Put out a warrant for his arrest if he ever sets foot on US territory again, and when he does send him to Sing Sing.

Pay taxes but don't come back? Somebody needs to slap those senators for suggesting that. That shows me that america thinks they have control of the worlds money and america will impose its dictatorship on anyone they choose, citizen or ex citizen. BOO.

Isn't he one of the "job creators" we're supposed to trust to bring prosperity under the Ryan Plan? His money will sitting in overseas banks with that of Mitt Romney and the other "job creators". Conservatives have become the under-educated lap-dogs for these fat-cats.

He makes Millions in the US, utilizing employees educated by public schools, utilizing the infrastructure provided by Federal moneys that includes including the Internet. Now to avoid contributing back into the system a fair parentage of his rewards back into the system that enabled him to become filthy rich, he denounces his citizen ship. He is a visible example of the greedy 1% who is working to destroy America, as we know it, worse then any bomb carrying terrorist could. When Government sponsored safety nets are removed because there is no funding, the middle class suffers greatly …. really suffers. People die needlessly from lack of medical attention, families brake up, middle class and lower class kids fail to get a good education …...... Pass the bill ... don’t let him come back into the US … just don’t give him a passport.

Can you blame him, look at the Republican clowns running against Obama, they're handing the election to him. Then you have the Speaker of the House about to hold the nation hostage again. I'm ready to leave too!

Eduardo just realized that the GOP don't like Non-Whites, although they would be perfectly willing to accept their Green. Don't think Eduardo is overly concerned about this, now that he is a Goziilionare.

I wish he would stay here and spend the money as the US economy needs it. But Chuck Schumer needs to do his job in the Senate where they have not produced a budget in three years. Eduardo Saverin has made a terrible decision to leave our beautiful country and in a way that makes him look petty and a tax evader. Congress needs to address our laws in that area but that schmuck Schumer is just a panderer and egomaniac that usually talks a good game but accomplishes nothing.
