Raleigh, North Carolina (CNN) - The state Democratic Party here is consumed with an ongoing sex scandal. The embattled governor is so unpopular she decided not to run for a second term. And supporters of same-sex marriage were dealt a crushing defeat at the ballot box last week.
But the biggest challenge in North Carolina this year for President Barack Obama and his fellow Democrats can be boiled down to something simpler: math.
N C is gone.............and soon so will the Obama regime
The bigger problem is voter surpression.
Obama should just tell N.C. to call Romney and ask him for a job like the one he's given to Newt and Callisa so they can make money to cruise and shop at Tiffanys.
I just hope enough people wake up and realize what the long range goal is that the extreme right wing has set their sights on. It ain't democracy. It's power. Absolute power over everything and everybody.
If some folks want to carry concealed weapons and willing to vote for any politician who's for it, then these extremists are for it, too. It's the same way on social issue after social issue. They use people who only vote for social issues.
Yeah like Obama doesn't want to have absolute power over everything and everybody?. So the US will be a nanny state with money going to the president special interest groups and hanging out with the evil 1% for donation money.
I still have faith in the people of my hometown to do the RIGHT thing and that is vote for the president. Once Willard looks like the fool he is on a national stage during debates – people will have no problem seeing through that empty, expensive suit.
