(CNN) - As the early exit poll results came in, Republican National Committee chairman Reince Priebus told CNN's Wolf Blitzer and John King that President Barack Obama "left Democrats at the altar in Wisconsin when they needed him most."

Let's not make this about more than what it is. A vote of confidence for good policy. And a rejection of an abuse of recall elections.
Obama knocked up and left America at the Alter a long time ago.
Who gives a mitt what he has to say. If President Obama would have interjected with even a sentence, the GOP would have been all over him for that. This is a state issue, not a Presidential one. Besides he had other matters to attend to like trying to figure out what the GOP will say yes to, after 3.5 years of NO.
I couldn't agree more. I've been wondering where our Democratic president was in this ugly recall. Why didn't he step up and support Barret? This has to be one of the most important events in this election season and we could have shown them that we all stand together in this fight. Very sorry showing.
I would have to say the voters in Wisconsin made it clear that they do not value the right to organize and bargain for things like a living wage, paid vacation time, sick leave, 40-hour work week with overtime pay, safe working conditions, and benefits like pensions and health care. I suspect that, as those benefits begin to disappear, voters will realize what they have lost. As union wages decline, so will the middle class, and the disparity between rich and poor will grow even wider than it is now. When they realize the mistake and what it has cost them, it will sadly be too late. The power that voters are giving away so easily to corporations now will not be so easily regained.
Too bad you guys were left at the altar your boss had to attend a magarita party with Jovi
Does this man ever say anything with substance? Or does he just gripe?
Obama did what he does best... he lead from way, way way BEHIND. So far behind that he was in several hundreds of miles away at any point in time. Obama is only in it if there is something in it for him. If they wanted him there then they should have held a massive fund raiser for him. He doesn't pass up fund raisers.
Alternate reality = "Priebus criticizes Obama for involving himself in WI recall."
Damned/GOP of you do
GOP/Damned if you don't
Oh, shut up. Typical Republican blowing hot air with little to no substance.
►President Barack Obama "left Democrats at the altar in Wisconsin when they needed him most." ◄
Here it comes from a PrieNUS – making it seem as if President Obama is the cause of the LOST – what a JOKE!
Wisconsin decided the vote – I mean, 88% of them made up their minds early & the polls indicated Barrett was dead!
Of course he knows that but instead his stupidity side once again overpowers the 1% of rationality in his head!!
Political ads with LIES brought to you by Citizens United/Supreme Court and BIG CORPORATIONS from outside sources killed Democracy in WI!!
