ON THE TRAIL: June 8, 2012

(CNN) - After two public events in Council Bluffs, Iowa, Mitt Romney heads to Salt Lake City to meet with Utah Sen. Orrin Hatch, who is currently engaged in a bitter primary battle for his U.S. Senate seat. Romney will also attend a private fund-raiser.
