Washington (CNN) – Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney will address an annual Faith & Freedom Conference via video conference instead of in person Saturday, the group confirmed to CNN.
Romney was originally scheduled to attend the Faith & Freedom Conference & Strategy Briefing in Washington, DC, but the event conflicts with his multi-state bus tour slated to begin on Friday in New Hampshire.

"We're very pleased that Governor Romney will still be able to address the attendees. It shows that the campaign is making a serious effort to reach out to grassroots activists who will be responsible for turning out the largest conservative vote in a presidential election in the modern era," said Faith and Freedom Coalition Communications Director Orit Sklar.
Despite the governor’s absence, there will be a Romney in attendance: Josh Romney will be at the conference to introduce his father, Sklar said.

That's why you don't hear Romney talk about his jobs or economic plans because it's the Paul Ryan unpopular budget and the rest is the Pledge to Grover Norquist instead of the Pledge to the American Flag and all of it's citizens.

What do these "faith and freedom" conference people really stand for? It isn't clear to me as to what is going on other than people who think that any governmental attempt to help those that need help is an infringment on someone else's freedom. How strange is that; where is their compassion? There only so much that people can pull themselves up by.
The only reason why he is speaking there is because there is no one left to challenge his values that may or may not be good for families or the country.
