Romney to address 100+ CEOs in Washington

Washington (CNN) – Mitt Romney will talk about the economy to over 100 chief executive officers on Wednesday in Washington.

The presumptive Republican presidential nominee will be a guest of the Business Roundtable as the organization holds its quarterly meeting. Members of the media will be allowed to cover Romney's opening remarks, organizers said. The remainder of the meeting – which will include a question-and-answer session with the attending CEO's – will be closed to the press.

The Business Roundtable's meetings are typically not open to the media.

The group "is an association of chief executive officers of leading U.S. companies with over $6 trillion in annual revenues and more than 14 million employees," according to its website.

President Obama spoke to the Business Roundtable in March.

Romney knows what regular folks need, jobs, which is why he knows he needs to meet with CEOs, because it is these CEOs that create jobs through their corporations. Wow, you guys really don't know who you work for. Even the smallest Bead shop has a CEO and falls into the corporation world and so does Starbucks. Welcome to reality guys.

President Obama talks to Hollywood vs Romney talks to CEOs. Question: Which group (Hollywood or CEOs) creates jobs? Hollywood definitely doesn't create jobs. They're artists not Job Creators. Whine all you want, Obama and Romney both talks to the rich - however, I'd choose Romney because he talks to real job creators.. I need a much paying job – I definitely will not get it in Hollywood. I will have a chance with the CEOs of private sector opening jobs.

This is why we are in trouble because Obama has no idea what a corporation is, how it goes about creating jobs and that all businesses fall into the corporation group and the owner is the CEO,CFO etc.... of a corporation. Even the smallest deli, yogurt, ice cream parlor, cupcake business, green business, all fall in the same, all make a profit, all pay employees. Have you guys considered attending business school like Goldman Sachs business school, Mayor Rahm Emanuel spoke of it this morning.
