(CNN) – An adviser for Mitt Romney took a shot Friday at the president's re-election campaign, Obama For America (OFA), over a t-shirt it's selling online about the Supreme Court's decision to uphold the federal health care law.
The shirt, in big letters, reads: "Health reform still a BFD."

Obama's Twitter account advertised the shirt in a tweet that has been re-tweeted more than 800 times since it first went out Thursday night.
The three-letter term has nearly reached household status ever since Vice President Joe Biden was caught on mic telling the president in 2010 that the health care legislation was a "big f***ing deal."
Biden, in a fit of nostalgia, poked fun at the two-year-old moment Thursday afternoon and posted on Twitter: "Today's decision is a really big – important – deal."
Now, in an effort to fund-raise off of the Supreme Court's decision Thursday, the Obama campaign is also bringing back the "BFD" with the t-shirt, which sells for $30.
However, Romney adviser Eric Fehrnstrom wasted no time in calling out his rival campaign for what he described as un-presidential behavior.
"Still not presidential. Kids, earmuffs," he wrote.
A Democratic leader faced similar criticism Thursday after posting an off-color tweet immediately after the health care decision was announced.
"It's constitutional. Bitches," wrote Patrick Gaspard, executive director of Democratic National Committee.
While he followed it up with semi-apology, saying he let his excitement get the best of him, Gaspard's tweet nonetheless went viral and sparked criticism over his spiking-the-ball approach.

Why would the Whitehouse celebrate the use of such words, it is for the same reason that when Former President Bush stated that a reporter, who'd asked in a tough question (it had to be early in his 1st term, because reporters, news media alike, stop asking any tough questions post 911), what an ass@%*!...and Cheney seconded it, by uttering the words, Big time. Now why would the Bush Administration celebrate such a word, and not condemn it? Not to mention Cheney telling Patrick Leahy to go $%&* himself, while on the Senate floor.
It really amazes me that the GOP fools don't realize they are going after the ACA when the Supreme Court already said it is Legal. Big woop on the tax, people over 250K earning will add an additional 0.09 to their tax. And the penalty if you do not get healthcare is $90 or 1% of your income, whichever is higher.
So if you say oh this is just tax, get off your Faux Noise chair and do the research. The GOP can only lie about the ACA because they know they have no other way to spin it. Obama had a victory yesterday, and they are scrambling to make it look bad, but they can't. Nothing about it is bad.
Man, I haven't seen Republicans cry this much since the Wall came down and we realized maybe we didn't need all those bases after all.

The supreme court did not rule the ACA was legal they ruled that congress can tax people which is what their job is.

They say "tax" I say "fine". The IRS only collects it from healthcare coverage deadbeats.

The supreme court added to the definition of tax. Most people will not realize what the scotia was implying. The penalty is a tax but the requirement of coverage is a tax as well. I agree with both. This will help level out coverage costs especially when the uninsured go to the hospital.
We are taking about health. The law will not harm or kill people – wars do.
The world is not going to crack in half if people get universal healthcare.
All I know when they past this health care in 2101. My insurance went up $40 dollars a month and i went from a $20 dollar co pay to a $1400 deductible . Also, how in the he'll is the IRS going to find all the illegal immigrants who don't pay taxes. To the government? they will still be going to the emergency rooms on our dime. Call it a tax if you want or a fee or a penalty... The only ones that will be paying are the ones to sorry to pay to get health insurance when they can afford to pay for their own. Why do Republicans insist we carry the freeloaders when it raises my primiums? This is just a tax on freeloaders. If you aren't one you won't be effected at all.....

I just heard a Texas Congress man cry and lie about the horrors of Obamacare. He is defending his state that has 26% of Texans without insurance. He has no replacement plan to Obamacare but refuses to see that 1 out 4 in his state are suffering. He would rather keep the status quo than work with Obama on making Obamacare work.....This is just mind boggling to me....
