Romneys take a spin on jet skis

Wolfeboro, New Hampshire (CNN) - Mitt Romney found a way to unwind at his home on Lake Winnipesaukee Monday: have his wife take him for a ride on a jet ski.

That's what the Republican presidential hopeful did on day three of his weeklong vacation with 10 sons and daughters-in-law and 18 grandchildren in tow.

Outside their lakefront home with picturesque views of Wolfeboro Bay, the couple was spotted sitting in chairs while a number of children played in the water in front of them.

Some kids played on paddleboards and took turns riding two red SeaDoo personal watercraft, often referred to as jet skis or waverunners.

Shortly before noon, the Romneys decided to take one of the SeaDoos for a spin on the lake. With Ann Romney in control of the handle bars, the presumptive GOP nominee sat behind his wife as she navigated the choppy waters around Wolfeboro Bay.

This needs to be said: ROB-MONEY HAS TOO MANY KIDS! You can go on and on about your "rights" to have as many as you want, but it demonstrates a severe lack of social responsibilty to pump out 5 kids. On top of the shear number, it is well established that kids from rich families put much more demand on natural resources during their lives than poor kids, so Rob-money's 5 are far worse than 5 kids born to some woman in the Outback. They will be sucking up vital resources needed by others far less fortunate.

Repugnants are always harping on responsibility, and here is their leader demonstrating a total disregard for the responsibilty he has direct control over. Those 5 kids have now followed their father's bad example and produced 18 grandchildren for the Bishop, compounding his flagrant disregard of the planet we all live on. Somebody needs to hold Rob-money's feet to the fire about zero population growth and his justification for gobbling up more than his share of what the earth provides.

In the unlikely event that Mitt Romney wins, I wonder if he plans to participate in this activity that has significantly higher than average danger element to it. Seriously, don't you think jet skiing is an unacceptable risk for the leader of the free world? Injuries in this sport are rarely minor, and frequently fatal.

You all sound like spoiled self centered children. Maybe some of you are! We have a President who takes more vacations to exotic places. The wife and friends go to Spain; the first daughter goes to Mexico and the whole family, friends, friends of the girls and others hop off on air force one what 4 times to go to Hawaii. Why not visit lovely Chicago. The Romney's were at home not some expensive getaway on the taxpayers dime. So the cat food remark is way over the top. I think both sides of the aisle enjoy some much needed time with family. So grow up and lay off the Romneys for having a ride around the lake.
    **************************************************************
What on earth makes you think the Romneys are not doing this on the taxpayer dime? They have Secret Service protection which we are all paying for. And, considering the fact that Obama's predecessor spent more time on vaction in a year than the Obamas have in 3.5 years, I think you are WAY off base. of course, that never stopped the rightie spin machine into painting him and Michelle with a Nero attitude. IF Romney is elcted, we will see the return of an imperial presidency the likes of which we have not see in generations ( which I'm sure you will blindly support): by the way, how did you like the rate your local taxes went up under Romney in MA, or all the fees and taxes he enacted to pay for his tax cuts ( that failed miserably at generating jobs)? Not a peep.

You have a nerve! Romney pays for the things his family needs and wants unlike many deadbeats. Dems answer is to abort the child. The heck with responsibility. How many brothers and sisters to all you have. If he was on food stamps, welfare like half the nation (thanks to Obamas policies) then you would have the right to criticize. Until then keep your thoughts to yourself.

Since he'll never get elected anyway, who cares? What I want to know is, will he pay us back for the Secret Service protection he has in his pointless quest for the WH?

Romney was doing a John Kerry and Teresa Heinz even though I don't believe his boat is as expensive as John Kerry's.

    ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Actually, jet skis DO cost more than windsurfers by several fold. That being said, how did it work out for John Kerry?

In the bio, THE REAL ROMNEY: alexithymic Mitt once took a guest out to water ski. The man asked Mitt to cut the motor becaused he had grown tired. Mitt turned around and smiled; then he turned up the motor and did narrower and narrower FIGURE 8's, going faster and faster. Finally, out of sheer exhaustion, the man let go of the reins because he just couldn't keep up anymore. How sadistic and cruel of Mitt was that?

Let's see if this one gets deleted.... So the press loves to tell us Mittens has 5 sons but the silence is deafening when it comes to military service. Neither of the 5 sons or their useless father has served, but he is planning on starting a war with someone if elected. Guess whose sons and daughters will be serving??? No Robmeys for sure.

Did the horse get its own jet ski?

How about one for the dog? (It might make up for that "Roof Rack" incident.)

You're making part of my point for me. The whole Rob-money family IS on welfare! If the 15% tax rate and tax cuts for the rich aren't welfare, then what is? How much of a tax break did he get for the fancy pony? All rich people and corporations are on welfare in this country! They wrote the laws themselves to give themselves welfare. Rob-money pays for his kid's upkeep, using money he got for killing jobs and ruining lives and ripping off the American taxpayer, and that is supposed to make it okay?

I'd like to reiterate that it is far worse for the planet to bring an extra rich kid into the world. Rich kids put lots more pressure on natural resources than poor kids. As for keeping my thoughts to myself, that is a typical right-wing reaction to freedom of speech that hits home and makes you feel uncomfortable. You'd like not to face the truth about those rich folks you idolize, and you blame lefties like me when we exercise freedom of speech.

And lastly, it wasn't Obama's policies that created more poor folks. Look at your boy Rob-money and the people he put out of work. Then look at the previous devious Repugnant who crashed the economy. And then look at yourself as an enabler of these vermin.
