(CNN) - Former presidential candidate Tim Pawlenty and Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal will go to Ohio and Pennsylvania later this week at the same time President Barack Obama travels through both states on a bus tour, a campaign official for Mitt Romney said Tuesday.
As part of a bracketing strategy, the official said both surrogates will be on Romney's campaign bus, making stops Thursday and Friday in "several of the same areas" as Obama "to make sure the Romney message gets out."

The two are considered to be potential running mates for the presumptive GOP presidential nominee. Pawlenty has made several campaign appearances for Romney, while Jindal has expressed his support in interviews and conference calls with reporters.
Obama’s campaign and Democratic groups took a similar strategy when Romney had his own bus tour through several rust-belt states last month.
Hitching your wagon to a Star (Obama's star) are you?
It will never work. We have your free loader numbers.
These guys are like ambulance chasers. What is happening to the Republican party ?
I hope someday Gov. Bobby Jindal will run for president, he is an extremely smart, experienced man. If someone knows about health care it would be Gov. Jindal.
Sheesh, what is this nonsense. If you cannot stand on your own merit and campaign in your place, then you are one childish tool. Shadowing someone sounds soooo juvenile. This applies to both campaigns. Get a life.
I have never seen such juvenile actions by Romney and the Republican Party to follow President Obama around, show up at his speaking events, and just sit outside in their bus. I would rather see Romney actually speak intelligently and answer critical policy questions. So far, Romney has told us nothing he stands for, what policies he would implement for jobs or economic recovery, nor who he really is so we can judge if we find him credible as a candidate for President. He refuses to release his tax records to show his source of income. He has lied about President Obama's record in every interview while refusing to tell us what he would do instead. Alll I am seeing is a corporate puppet who has already betrayed the People by promising corporations whatever they want for the hundreds of millions of dollars they are buying Romney his campaign for. Can Romney take a stand on anything, tell us what People solutions he will deliver, or what kind of leader he will be? He seems afraid to let us see the reality of himself, his true policies, and what he truly has planned, such as the destructive Ryan budget. I stand with my President who is a real leader with a proven success record whose sole goal and work has been to deliver recovery and jobs and programs for the People. He has shown himself to be intelligent, thoughtful, a honest family man of character, integrity, strength and incredible dignity while being shown unprecedented disrespect. He has remained the People's President and being out among the People is his joy and so natural for him. The People in Iowa and all along his bus route will love him and find him to be the one leader who does understand and truly care about their lives. Obama 2012 and hope for a full Democratic Congress so work, not juvenile obstruction, can begin again.
Why not , they don't have anything else to do ?
Isn't the Curry Gumbo Kidd a Governor of a Southern State thats the third lowest in education ?
Sorry ,According to the 2012 “Quality Counts” report, Louisiana was ranked 48th ...
"To make sure the Romney message gets out." “A” massage? Well, what would that be then? Like, I want this job because since I will only represent the will of 1% I also have to work 99% less than President Obama? And the good part, all the policies I have already gotten written up for me by the rich people (Corporations are people too!) that want me to become President because, they want to get their “investment” in me back “big time”? How simple does the GOP think the majority of the American voters is?
Ok, Lefties, time to pounce. We don't care wbat they say, they're Republicans, which means they're racist and hate women, just lihe Condolezza Rice.
Two pathetic little lapdogs.
Will they be driving their bus around Obama events honking the horn? Or will they leave that to Mitt himself to do?
