(CNN) - A television advertisement released Saturday points to a newspaper report that Mitt Romney's former financial firm helped companies outsource, and questions whether the presumptive Republican presidential nominee would be as tough on China as he has pledged.
"Mitt Romney's not the solution," the narrator says in the 30-second spot. "He's the problem."

The ad quotes from a late-June Washington Post report which said financial documents show Bain Capital, Romney's private equity firm, "owned companies that were pioneers in the practice of shipping work from the United States to overseas call centers and factories making computer components."
Since it was published, Obama's campaign has referenced the article in a series of ads.
But the website FactCheck.org said that "some of the claims in the ads are untrue, and others are thinly supported." The latest ad, titled "The Problem," is not included in the FactCheck.org analysis, but includes some similar claims.
Team Obama has sharply criticized Romney both for the practices of Bain including outsourcing. Vice President Joe Biden said in Iowa last month that Romney has "been very good at creating jobs – overseas," and Obama campaign senior adviser David Axelrod last month called Romney the "outsourcer in chief."
The new ad shows Romney expressing his discontent with China "taking our jobs and taking a lot of our future," but alleges he "made a fortune letting it happen."
The Republican candidate has said that, if elected president, he would designate China a currency manipulator, which would allow the United States to more aggressively confront and counteract Chinese financial policy actions that make their own exports cheaper than those of other countries.
A Romney ad which began airing last month in Ohio examined his hypothetical first day in the White House, when he "stands up to China, demands a level playing field for our businesses and workers."
The Obama ad will air in Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio and Virginia, the campaign said.
As the president set off on a campaign bus tour to Ohio and Pennsylvania this past week, the Obama administration announced it would seek assistance from the World Trade Organization in dealing with Chinese tariffs on U.S.-manufactured automobiles.
Obama’s campaign recently bought $25 million in ad time for July in those states plus Pennsylvania, according to a Republican ad buying source.
I said mocked out of presdient obama please obama need stop blame roomey so people want to know what about fraud check scam from afrcian amercian
So I guess if Willard wins (no T'sha, I'm only joking) will that make him the Outsourcer-in-Chief?
The Obama campaign has nothing to do but quote from a discredited article from the WAPO and Axelrod hurling crazy acusations parrotted by the media about the "Secretive" Romney and some hidden bank accounts. Never has a senior campaign official from a Presidents re-election team come out with this type of smearing accusation without any proof. This is absolute desparation and panic. The only reason they are not laughed out of the campaign is the lapdog media/Dem propanda machine willing to do anything to get Obama re-elected. Including allowing this kind of lie to be aired.
Obama is desperate!
Romney has a history of making money for himself by doing what is best for Mitt. Presidents do what's best for all the peoples.....Romney's history is the exact opposite to this. What would make anyone think that a leopard will change his spots???? Middle America will recognise him for what he is once they have a chance to become aware....
It says a lot about Mitt Romney and his character when he continues to harangue our president about jobs and he, himself is guilty of sending jobs out of the country... ..He and his party have done NOTHING to help us get back to work....all he does is comp;ain while his party turns down every move presiident Obama makes. I have never in my many years seen a bunch of nasty politicians to match todays Repubs. How can they call themselves Americans??.. They are americants!!!!
It just occurred to me that in January 2012 President Bill Clinton was thrilled that a Timberland Factory had been opened in Haiti, it employs 7000 workers and he was thrilled that Timberland also has a factory in Dominican Republic. President Clinton hoped other American companies would follow. I can safely say that Clinton is not against Outsourcing/offshoring jobs to foreign countries ( I think we all know that Haiti and Dominican Republic are foreign countries). I would think that Americans would want back those 7000 jobs from Haiti and however many jobs from the factory in Dominican Republic. Hmmmmmm, should we all think that offshoring/outsourcing is just another Marketing gimmick Obama has created to distract from his lack of job creating, economy growth??? Google it, read it.
Who better to represent the community of the USA than a community organizer??? Not a businessman who has been shown to sacrifice the people to make a profit....so he can buy another house or jet ski......really for the average Joe who wants to make it on his own,the choice is easy.....go with the one who thinks we should all do our fair share and work on a level playing field!!!! Do away with welfare for the super wealthy....make them pay their taxes like everyone else.
Keep hitting the Outsourcer-in-Chief Etch-A-Sketch Mitt RobMe where it hurts the most!!!!
Romney knows its better to face his accusers and end it,but as usual the elitist won't, he'll buy more time with corporate monies thinking people will forget these factual ads..Romney will be thru debate time and he knows it.His own collegues know he's politically weak with this ACA mandates and in the debates it'll show against a more intelligent ,well versed Pres.Obama..Romneys a cooked goose, too bad you ignorent republicans don't realize it by now, you're just investing in a dead horse ,but who cares, its your money isn't it!!
How will this guy lead he have no position on anything only what the far right say. His face reads discomfort when he speaks. At least Pres. Obama speaks his convictions.
Outsourcing has turned out to be the worst idea ever. So many companies outsourced work, call centers, etc. only to find out that the idea did not work. The Call Centers could not meet the needs of the clients or customers. Even though English was spoken there are certain phrases and nuances that made the phone calls difficult for some and frustrating for others. All too often brilliant ideas fall short because the company is not willing to put for the funding or time to make sure that outsourcing would be successful. If your job was outsourced you were in a terrible position. How many on the unemployment rolls had their jobs outsourced?
He's the problem... says the guy who is the greatest outsourcer of jobs via his administration's tactics in American history.
Amazing how this man ignores his own presidency. When his policies directly prohibit businesses from investing in employment, he redirects the focus to Romney's past. However, when something that has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with his presidency (the finding and killing of Bin Laden) occurs, he takes full credit.
Do you not see that, independents? Liberals – I'm not talking to you. You are drones, and you vote with your hearts and not your minds. Independents – Please take note of how everything bad happens because of some unforeseen occurrence, while everything good is directly applicable to Obama.
Gas prices go up? Not because of Obama's domestic abortion of an energy policy, it's because of some greedy Wall Streeters.
Job Market is softening? Not because of restrictions and regulations as barriers to hiring. It's because of greedy corporations and outsourcing and... wait for it... Mitt Romney.
Illegal immigration is at an all time high? Not because of loose border patrol and weakened enforcement within states, but more due to racial profiling.
Yet, he won't stop to take credit for things that have nothing to do with him. Stock market has risen substantially. War in Iraq is over. Bin Laden is dead.
I can't wait for this loser of a man – let alone loser of a president – takes credit for the sun rising for 4 straight years. Also the sun setting. Also he single-handedly reigned over the births of 20 million Americans this year. Amazing.
Let's give him a Nobel Prize.... oh wait.... QED.
Way to go Mr. President!
Kinda of amazing at how much money these guys blow on advertising 25million in one month...... And we are trusting them to fix an already shaky economy........
