Claims of lies and counter-lies dominate campaign rhetoric

(CNN) - Accusations of lies and counter-lies dominated the intensifying November election campaign Thursday, with surrogates and spokespeople for President Barack Obama and certain Republican nominee Mitt Romney trying to cast the other as dishonest and secretive.

While neither candidate engaged directly in the political back-and-forth, their teams and supporters launched new attack ads and criticized the opposing contender with increasingly sharp rhetoric.

"Claims of lies and counter-lies dominate campaign rhetoric"

Election rhetoric is a direct reflection of what the media will print and sensationalize.

MSM = he-said-she-said gossip wh-res who will print anything said by a political candidate without ever providing even a smidgeon of critical analysis and factchecking to go with it.

Result = political candidates and their campaigns do and say anything and everything with a particular effort to push buttons, shock the audience and make statements as incendiary and controversial as possible without ever bothering to give two shytes whether it has anything to do with the truth or reality.

when you've been in office for four years and hold the record for the highest unemployment for longest length of time, all you have is lies.

when you've been in office for four years and a majorty of the american people want your signature legislation repealed, all you have is lies.

when you've been in office for four years and have run up $6 TRILLION in debt and have nothing to show for it, all you have is lies.

when you've been in office for four years and use executive privilege to hide the deadly screw ups of your AG, all you have is lies.

four more years of this? seriously america? you'd sign up for 4 more years of this? not when there is a better alternative.

Unemployment almost doubled under Bush (4.2% in 2001, 7.8% in 2009) and it has increased from 7.8% under Obama in 2009 to 8.2%. 8 million jobs lost in Bush's last three years, over 4 million jobs created in Obama's last three years.

GOP made a biggest mess in nation's history. Truth. Mitt Romney shipped jobs to china–truth. Mittens stashed money in Cayman islands., Swiss a truth again. He gave 5 million dollars to each of 5kids to get Tax loophole–truth. So my vote for OBAMA12.
