Perry to make first appearance for Romney

(CNN) - Mitt Romney and Rick Perry were bitter rivals last autumn and early winter, during the battle for the Republican presidential nomination, but that's apparently all ancient history.

Friday the Texas governor will make his first campaign appearance on behalf of the presumptive GOP nominee, an official with the Romney campaign confirms to CNN. Perry will be in Elko, Nevada to headline the opening of a Romney campaign field office. The former Massachusetts governor will not be at the event.

Perry dropped out of the race for the White House in January, two days before the South Carolina primary. He then endorsed former House Speaker Newt Gingrich for the GOP nomination, but in late April he switched his endorsement to Romney shortly before Gingrich suspended his bid for the nomination in May.

I was starting to miss the obvious head-injury alcoholic Republican cowboy. And I don't mean Bush.
It looks like he fixed the flat tire on his 3-wheeled KKK Jesus Christ Superstar Peter Pan bus.
Romney needs someone to help him look significant.
    I’m glad Perry's back.

Perry would be smart to drop his support for Romoney – that way HISTORY won't make him look too STUPID

Perry think about it! – you will not only go down in history as loosing to him but then also loosing with him – aren't you tired of loosing?

Keep Perry in Elko, Nevada, heading up the itinerary for the opening of a FIELD OFFICE. Hopefully the media will be taking a nap and will not cover this momentus event. It's not like the keynote speech at the Republican convention, as far away from it as the Koch Bros can make it. Perry tarnishes their image, as bad as it is. He's certainly nowhere near the sharp knives, for sure.

Rick Perry, perhaps the only man in the debates to make Romney look like a natural speaker.

This is a tryout for Perry. If he does well, they will moved him to the opening of a field office in Metucheon, New Jersey.
From there, it's the introduction of the Romney campaign button in the factory in Canton, China; the printing of campaign signs in Taipei, Taiwan, etc, etc., etc. bottom line: keep him away from as many of the public as possible.

Can't wait to hear ther spin on how he loves Mitt. The Republican primaries were so bloody that they will have a hard time pulling back from all the name calling of each other.

If I were looking to develop real political chops and look presidential, bringing Mr. Perry to the microphone wouldn't be my first choice.

"Romney needs someone to help him look significant."

Indeed. It's like the average girl who hangs out with the fat chick because it makes her look better in comparison.

Mitt do us a favor here in Texas and KEEP Perry with you. Because of his selfish nonsense many here will not have health insurance and GUESS who will have to pay for that? I live in Texas and I would choose GW Bush over Rick Perry here in a heartbeat! God rest Ann Richards!

The US Founders never would have imagined an American elite so corrupt that they would dissolve the people and import a new one. But how about the WHITES? There future?

    How is this not genocide:
White countries are being flooded by non-whites. We are told to be TOLERANT. We are forced to integrate.

With assimilation we see the extinction of one race only, the white race. Its not funny, not comedy, its white genocide.
