FULL STORYWashington (CNN) – Nevada casino magnate Sheldon Adelson is considering attending a fundraiser Mitt Romney's campaign is hosting in Israel, a source with knowledge of the event confirmed to CNN on Wednesday.
Adelson, who is a major backer of Israel and has a home there, is now supporting Romney's campaign and has pledged to help get him elected. Last month he and his wife gave $10 million to the super PAC backing Romney, Restore Our Future.

Philadelphia (CNN) – President Barack Obama will speak to a firefighters union convention on Thursday by telephone, the union president told CNN on Wednesday.
Harold A. Schaitberger, general president of the International Association of Fire Fighters, confirmed to CNN the president's expected phone call only after announcing to the gathering that "a very important person from Washington D.C." would telephone in the morning. In that announcement, Schaitberger did not name the "person," but implored those in attendance to not miss hearing the phone call.

(CNN) – President Barack Obama remains overwhelmingly favored among Hispanics compared to Mitt Romney, according to a new poll.
Obama's advantage over the presumptive GOP nominee among the politically imperative demographic remains steady from previous months with the president taking 67% to Romney's 23% of registered Latino voters, according to a NBC-Wall Street Journal-Telemundo poll released Wednesday. Obama holds a six point advantage among all voters nationally.

(CNN) – Even as Mitt Romney heads abroad for a swing through Europe and Israel, his campaign will continue to push the argument back home that President Barack Obama hurts small businesses with a "big-government" policy approach.
Romney's campaign said Wednesday they would hold twenty-four events in battleground states for small business owners to proclaim "we did build this," a rebuke to a comment Obama made two weeks ago in which he argued successful small businesses got that way with the help of governmental support like roads and educators.

(CNN) – As Mitt Romney continues his overseas trip in London, two of his prospective vice presidential picks will be touring Iowa, a Romney campaign aide confirmed.
Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell and Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal will travel the state on Thursday in one of the campaign's buses.

(CNN) – Mitt Romney arrived in London early Wednesday, his first stop on a three-country tour meant to bolster his foreign policy credentials months ahead of November's general election.
Romney and his wife Ann were seen entering the Park Lane Hilton in Mayfair, a day before the presumptive GOP nominee was slated to meet with virtually every major British political leader, including Prime Minister David Cameron, deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg and opposition leader Ed Miliband. He will also meet with William Hague, the U.K. foreign secretary, and former Prime Minister Tony Blair.

(CNN) - Longtime Republican Rep. Don Young of Alaska on Tuesday made a rarely-seen move by crossing party lines to endorse a Hawaii Democrat in her U.S. Senate bid.
Young, the sole representative from Alaska, taped a video with three-term Rep. Mazie Hirono to offer his support as Hirono competes in the Democratic primary.

(CNN) – The super PAC backing President Barack Obama uses the Olympic "parade of nations" to mock Mitt Romney's reported overseas investment accounts in a television ad released Wednesday.
The minute-long ad from Priorities USA is set to air in Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia during broadcasts of the London Olympics, the group said. The games begin Friday.
