Warsaw, Poland (CNN) - The traveling press secretary for Mitt Romney lost his cool and cursed at reporters who attempted to ask questions of the Republican presidential candidate in a public plaza near the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Warsaw Tuesday.
After Romney paid his respects to Poland's war dead and shook hands with a small gathering of the nation's military veterans, the GOP contender walked approximately 100 yards away from the memorial as he chatted with Warsaw's mayor.

As Romney made his way to his vehicle, reporters attempted to shout questions to the candidate. The former Massachusetts governor, who has answered only three questions from his traveling press corps during a week-long overseas trip, ignored the queries. Romney did sit down for multiple interviews during his foreign swing, including with CNN's Piers Morgan and Wolf Blitzer. Romney also spoke with NBC News, CBS News, ABC News and Fox News during his trip.
When members of the press tried to ask Romney about some of the mishaps on his trip, his traveling press secretary Rick Gorka verbally dressed down reporters.
Here's a transcript of the questions and Gorka's response:
CNN: "Governor Romney are you concerned about some of the mishaps of your trip?
NYT: "Governor Romney do you have a statement for the Palestinians?
Washington Post: "What about your gaffes?
NYT: "Governor Romney do you feel that your gaffes have overshadowed your foreign trip?"
CNN: "Governor Romney just a few questions sir, you haven't taken but three questions on this trip from the press!
Gorka: "Show some respect"
NYT: "We haven't had another chance to ask a question..."
Gorka: "Kiss my ass. This is a Holy site for the Polish people. Show some respect."
Moments later, Gorka told Jonathan Martin, a reporter for Politico, to "shove it." About a half-hour later, the aide called reporters to apologize.
Gorka's comments to the media came just hours before Romney's foreign policy speech in Warsaw.
Aides to the GOP candidate say Romney visited Poland to highlight the nation's growing economy and honor its contributions to the war in Afghanistan.

More of same from the Romney camp. What a bunch of idjeets.
I don't see him being a president of US. Just not there.
Hasn't the Archduke of Mittengham given "you people" all you deserve? You ungrateful peasants. Now begone lest his highness have his miniions hold you down while he shaves your head. Uppity persnickety serfs. Why, putting them all into irons and working them on the elevator project and mucking out the dancing horse's stall is too good for the likes of these gutter snipes.
Take this republican candidate and shove him!
LOL. Sounds like a very reasonable response to me, these reporters asked for it. My God, even then they cry like babies over a simple comment like that? my mother has talked worse to me for far less LOL.
"Kiss my ass. This is a Holy site for the Polish people. Show some respect." Do that Mr. Gorka. And now apologize to the Polish people.
Romney has offended everyone in EVERY country he has visited. He won't release his taxes because he knows he
has a tax audit that shows questionable albeit, crimnal activity in regard to his finances. He has offshore accounts to launder money from abroad to finance his campaign. His Super Pacs are laundering money from his offshore accounts and funding it back to his canpaign, the cat is out of the bag, and as thhis info leaks out he will be exposed. ByBy Romney, thanks for the comedy tour.
Not surprised that Romney surrounds himself with incompetents. This condescending, aloof, secretive man is the best the Republican Party had to offer? That's what happens when you jump in bed with the tea party zealots. When will the repubs learn? The association with the TP is dragging the party down. So afraid of not getting the TP support they are blind to the fact they have lost the independent vote and a good measure of sane conservatives.
I have noticed when Romney has to function "off script", he doesn't do so well. I guess that is obvious to just about anyone over the age of seven.
If this is the way he treats the press as a candidate, this is the way he will treat them as President. I foresee yhat he will never have a press conference, everything he does will be kept secret and we will only find out about his actions at the trials that will come later.
You mean the way Biden and Rahm use the F word all the time? Kiss my @$$ is kindergarten compared to those trucker-mouths.
Just the kind of hotheads we need near the nuclear launch button.
We see what will be written on the etch-a-scetch if Romney is elected, a very clear message to the American people.
Kiss my ass and shove it yourself, Mitt.
gosh.. let go gorka! guv romney got a lot
to do. keep busy with "back to the
future 4" trailer and follow signor bugs
bunny's infamous address, "what's up,
doc? the pressss sure understand that.
Gorka was right. the vultures should back off
OK, perhaps M!tt should cut his losses and fly back home for some quiet time in the car-elevator. He or the G0P need to change course – they are currently on a path to loserville-2012.
Strictly speaking, the campaign rep was correct. The war memorial is not a proper place for shouting matches.
That said, Romney does need to make himself more accessible to press questions.
Mittens is sure making his opponent, the black guy, look unbeatable.
Still want to see the taxes. Show some respect
:-) Looks like all the questions were tabloid journalism and not worthy of an answer either.
For a wealthy man he sure has some horrible suits. Get a tailor Mitt, one that can sew a sleeve on correctly.
What a goof and where's your tax returns ,way to secretive and can't be trusted and destroys all his records ,can't be elected !!!!
OMG...This tour has been a bit of a train wreck. Even though Romney isn't in control of someone else's mouth, he still is responsible for who he has around him. If his aides cannot take the press now, what happens if he becomes president. The press can be tough.
