did he earned it, or was it given to him?
Great timing !
Thats make John McCain an Admiral !
Colonel? When does he participate in the National Guard duties if he's a full time senator, or is it fairly easy to achieve this high a rank in the Guard.
I'm impressed. Good for him.
And if this was a Democrat, the GOP would have released a statement claiming it as an election year stunt.
I wonder who didn't get promoted to make a slot for this self-serving lap-dog for the rich.
What is his job in the National Guard? When does he attend to Guard duties and where will he spend his two weeks of duty this summer?
congratulations now get out of politics. Forward.
Scott Brown is a sellout . He compromises , only to win this election , afterward he will return to the True, Tea Party member, that he is . Scott Brown, is a Wolf, in Sheep's clothing.
Promoted for what? This fake is probably collecting a pension.
And, his opponent was promoted to chief of her tribe. One thing going for her, though. At least she practices what she and Mr. Obama preach. Dole and more dole!
I guess this is full colonel rather than lt. colonel... Does this really matter since he is a sitting senator. He won't be called up because of it.
Maybe McCain can do another gush-tweet when Palin gets promoted to a 5 star general of the GOP's losing battle to get itself aleined with the RIGHT SIDE OF HISTORY.
