Is Romney's campaign stalled?

WASHINGTON (CNN) - Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney is trying to shift into high gear, but elections experts say his campaign seems to be stuck in second.

With just weeks before the nominating conventions and his national debut before a broader electorate, Romney's struggles to make the case that he is best equipped to pull the nation out of the economic doldrums could derail his quest for the presidency.

Not sure about stalled. Regressing.... or better yet: sinking.
Seriously flawed candidate in Willard, with disdain for the middle class along with an amateur staff equates to no chance for Robmey Hood.

BWWWWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No tax returns, no votes! Of course that won't fix the basic problem that he is a stiff, out-of-touch, flip floppin, serial liar – the chameleon's chameleon – the consumate corporate but kisser – the weather vane without a clue.

The endgame is at hand folks. Mismanaged campaign, no message, no direction, no disclosure and no ideas. Try in 2016 GOP – at least you will have four years to come up with a viable candidate next time.

If you ask the left wing media, Obama will win with 99% of the vote, like Saddam or Assad. 90% of CBS news staff are card-carrying liberals yet claim that they are "objective" in their reporting.

Wow, CNN. Not a mention that Harry Reid's source regarding his "no tax" accusation? The source has retracted his statement regarding his source and it doesn’t even get a mention? If anyone was wondering how biased CNN is, this situation should spell it out in living color. CNN, MSenBC and Obama. What an evil cabal.

Stalled like the preformance of their horse in London? I wonder if anyone noticed he insulted Greece, Spain , Italy and California in regards to the economy vows each one faces. This was in a recent speech he gave, but forgive when he wants votes he treats culture and nationality like he did his dog on the roof of his car.
Just a few weeks ago he insulted the English, he insulted Israel by saying Obama didn't care about there security, insulted the Palanstinians, then they went to Poland and his press aide swore at a Holy Memorial site for Poles that had been killed. Stalled the more he shows his real colors no one in their right mind will vote for him.

And if you ask Faux Noise in their latest poll: Obama: 49% Robmey: 40%
Nothing left for you to say but "yikes". The EC voting shows an even more gruesome story for you, shades of last election.

  10. Has Mittens "RETROACTIVELY RETIRED" as the GOVERNOR of MA back to before he signed ROMNEYCARE???

More like mired axle deep in the mud, and very apt to stay that way unless we the people, see some more tax returns other than what Master of Manor, Mitt and Queen Anne have deemed necessary for "you people"!

I had to show 3 years for an 80K house, he can show 10 if he wants to be the leader of the free world.

Desperation rules OK. First the media is not left wing.. did you forget the right wing propaganda outlet – faux noise ?? And now you right wing nuts are paralleling Obama with Saddam or Assad?
Obama only needs a 53% "landslide" – just like Dubya over Gore..

  12. Obama 2012 - BEND Forward America, take another 4 long years of OBAMA FAILURE

Nice try CNN. The Olympics are going on, parents are getting the kids ready to go back to school and nobody is paying attention to politics right now. The REAL campaign starts with the conventions. Obama and his lackeys have wasted all their money on attack ads early and are now hurting for money with donations DOWN. Once the conventions end and Romney unleashes the campaign and millions upon millions in ads, you'll see how "stalled" the campaign is.

The buzz saw of truth is coming Obama lovers... You're gonna love it.

  13. Has Mittens "RETROACTIVELY RETIRED" as the GOVERNOR of MA back to before he signed ROMNEYCARE???

"A recent Fox news poll has Obama garnering 49% of the vote and Romney 40% if the election were held today. Obama's lead in that poll comes from an 11% lead among independent voters."

Reading all the Fox trolls and Team Robme supporters explain this "bias" from the "lamestream media" ought to be worth reading if only for a lesson in creativity!

The choice is between a moderate president Obama, and a liberal conservative weathervane, Romneycare helps fund abortions in MA, there goes the catholic vote. Mittens father was born in Mexico to one of his grandfather's 5 wives, there goes the teavangelical vote. Mittens pays no taxes and has an illegal amount, $100 million, in his IRA, there goes the middle class vote. Mittens has promised to change social security and medicare, so there goes the senior vote. There's more, but you get the point.

Romney took Massachusetts from being a top jobs creator to 47th in the Union. Romney campaigned for senate saying he'd be more liberal than Ted Kennedy, before using chameleon powers to become "severely conservative" in his run for president. Romney became a Washington insider lobbyist to get government funds to bail out the Olympics – you didn't build the Olympics, Mitt, we the taxpayers did. Romney profited on bets against the US dollar. Romney can't even honor his own fathers tradition of releasing taxes to prove he has nothing to hide. Oh yeah, that Romney is a real winner.

Mitt Romney has run one of the WORST campaigns I have ever seen in my life. He really has NO theme or message and all he can do is go on the attack, even if the attacks are not all honest. He should have listen to some of the right wing higher ups and fired his entire staff. Stop blaming Obama and tell people what you're going to do instead. Even die hard Obama-haters want some kind of plan.

Romney's his own worst enemy. He has not acted presidential neither has his aides. I wonder where they think they are going with such ill-fated organization and uncalculated responses? It does appear to be the Whitehouse. Maybe the Dumphouse. If Americans love themselves, they will run from such a man who is worse than a repeat offender when it comes to integrity and empathy. Too many Americans are suffering now, to hand the mantle to a man who does not know what it is to be down and out.

His tax plan, the release of which was intended to offer a punctuation mark on how he'd handle the economy, was criticized by the Urban-Brookings Tax Policy Center. The plan would provide large tax cuts to the very wealthy while increasing the tax burden on the lower and middle classes
    You don't say?!

Question: Don't you have to get going first before you stall?
Mitt the Twit as the Brits have dubbed him never made it out of the starting gate.

Bend – In an earlier post you said Walker (WI) did not cut pensions and health benefits. Actually he did. In order to make up for the huge tax cuts to big businesses, some public employees lost pension benefits and health benefits. Check it out. By the way, according to recent articles, Wisconsin had the worst jobs records last month with over 11,000 jobs lost.

No they are just in limbo trying to respond to the unprecedented classlessness of our current President. Obama is not trying to persuade voters he needs to stay in office because of his record (it’s pathetic), philosophy, or positive vision. Obama and company make the case that Romney is worse (not even possible) due to all the invented, detached and complexly false allegations from the White House. The more outrageous claim the better and they just repeat it until people actually think it is truth.

If I was to put a sign on the wall at Romney HQ, it would be a picture of the Obama HQ in Maine... which is located a floor above a small business with a huge "Going out of Business" sign in the window.

Gov. Romney is NOT presidential material. His father showed his taxes for 12 years, Willard can show at least 10 years. What man goes SHOPPING at the hardware store. He acted like he was buying bread, milk and eggs. The image of him putting his "hardware stuff" into his vehicle was similar to Dukakis driving the tank. Can you see Gov. Romney trying to install or repair anything.
