OAK CREEK, Wisconsin (CNN) - The Sikh community lived the words of slain civil rights leader the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. this week by responding with love to an attack that killed six Sikhs, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker told a memorial service Friday.
Wearing an orange head covering in keeping with Sikh tradition, Walker quoted King's assertion that only love can overcome hate, and said he witnessed that truth in the aftermath of Sunday's attack at a Sikh temple in a Milwaukee suburb.

It is very noble of Walker to give his respect to the people of the Sikh community during a very bad tragedy.

Actually, he is a member of the GOP so yes, he walked in some assistant to an assistant, told him it was respectful to cover his head, he grabbed an orange napkin, did the DO-RAG, gave his speech, and left without taking any questions!

And Walker did NOT cut salaries and/or pensions. Please stop spewing these lies. Cuts in force would be necessary anyplace if the state or town doesn't have the money and can't afford to pay them. Government employees are not immune to cutbacks, just like the private sector.
