Down on the farm: Obama to go after Paul Ryan in Iowa speech

Council Bluffs, Iowa (CNN) - With Mitt Romney's newly minted running-mate Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) also campaigning in Iowa this week, President Obama plans to take a swipe at the vice presidential hopeful here during the first stop of a three-day bus tour across the Hawkeye state.

"He’s one of those leaders of Congress standing in the way," the president is expected to say, referring to the Farm Bill, which is awaiting congressional approval and that the president believes will provide much needed relief for farmers and ranchers in Iowa and across the country.

obama ask ryan why he rubber stamped every one of bush busting budget, and didnt pay for them, and why for the past 3 years he has obstructed every measures you took to put this economy back on track and sat up this congress to be the most obstructive congress ever know by the american people. ask him was this personal or was this politics, because it wasnt for the american people. hey for a century, this country has strive as a country that had everyone supporting our economy, now all of a sudden the rich is left off the hook, and the middle class and working class is left to pick up the pieces. this is what ryan is telling the gullible in society, and they are falling for it.

Republican's obstruction is having real life consequences for real people. They want to attach an abortion amendment on every piece of legislation. This is downright sad. I thought the republican montra was "Country First." Day after day they prove that it's "Party First" & to hell with the country.

That shouldn't be too hard. Even the rethugs thought this nominee's budget plan was too extreme. He was booed in his own state of Wisconsin. The flip flopping camp has to figure out a way to spin this guy's budget plan before going to Florida and that is NOT going to be easy.
If the twit bully bishop thought he would bring in women and Catholics he's sadly mistaken. Even this guy knew how to use contraceptives as a catholic without 100 kids running around!

  7. obama is Out Of Touch with reality

have you ever noticed that when obama speaks, he is always pointing his finger at the people, in a way like he is dictating, that its me, you will bow down and it is also demeaning to the people, just about like a balack community organizer who has NO respect for the people. If he stuck the finger in my face, he might end talking to the hand, people of his nature dont deserve respect. those who get respect give respect and you dont get it from the wanna be obama.

I wonder if Obama will mention, while he is ripping Ryan, will mention how the US Deficit expanded by 7 Trillion Dollars during the Obama administration destroying the value of Middle Class Retirement Account Dollars, or how more Americans have dropped into proverty than ever before during his administration, or how the Value of our Homes have declined 25 -30% during his 3 1/2 years, or how 33% of the American people have been forced to move to Unemployment income, Welfare Stamps, Food Stamps, and Government assisted living during his 3 /12 years, or now we will all be forced to move to Government Assisted Heathcare, and long lines at Family Doctors, and mountains or paper work to file a Health Benefit Claim? What has Obama REALLY done to protect Middle Class American PEOPLE. Feed them a line of policital propaganda, or produce tanagible results. I think Obama is MIS- LEADING America!

Whenever anyone points out the flaws of Ryanism, he accuses them of demagoguery and runs to Fox foreign owned media.

I'd go after him too! HE VOTED AND SUPPORTED EVERYTHING GEORGE BUSH SIGNED INTO LAW! He and these same repuglicans supported the demise of this country economy! Repuglican spin machine wants this to a non-issue, like the, evaporation of 1/2 trillion surplus, -8.9 GDP, 11 trillion national debt, 1.3 trillion deficit, 2.8 trillion in tax cuts (unpaid for)2 Wars (unpaid for), Medicare prescription plan (unpaid for), 3 trillion borrowed from China, a Wall Street, Banking, Auto, Mortgage crisis’s, losing over 800,000 jobs monthly and a economy on the brink of depression when President Obama took office! Repuglican spin is that this economy belongs to Obama! Well, when this country is out the economic pitfall started under George Bush, I will agree!

Ryan may be an amicable dude, but his smile seems sinister enough not to believe every word he says. His budget plan, though radical and responsible at the same time, lacks crucial details and is woefully inadequate on specifics as well, as we hear from some political reports. In fact, his plans appear to be avant garde and heuristic, to say the least.

On the other hand, Joe Biden seems much more convivial than Ryan. The Dems will need to launch a blistering campaign to discount Ryan's unnecessary broadside on their party. Income tax returns of Mitt should continue to be the focus to try and smite the GOP. Ryan's own pitfalls in W's gov. ought to receive a laser focus so much that it should cripple his ability to even talk back.

I'd like to see bot Romney's and Ryan's tax returns? What are they hiding? Should they be in tax court rather than running for office? Is it a felony?

Obama can't run on keeping promises ... Obama can not run saying he created jobe ... Obama can't run on improved economic times ... Obama can't run on transparency ... Obama can't run on a strong moral compass ... but Obama can attack ... Obama proves that the best way to get elected when you don't deserve it ... ATTACK. Send Obama home, and lets hope that he doesn't take up the socialist banner and try to convert other countries.

What is happening with Mr. Obama's job? He should be doing his presidential work and then in the evening go on the campaign stump. He is now being paid for campaigning and not doing his actual work. He has been campaigning and fundraising now for over 1 year so when does he have time to actually do his work. Desperate times now for Obama and the democrats. Romney/Ryan in November/12.

Why doesn't Ryan tell all the Iowa farmers that they have accomplished everything in their lives without state and federal assistance-it would be interesting to observe the ackward silence afterwards.
