Washington (CNN) – The House Oversight Committee expects to file a civil contempt suit against Attorney General Eric Holder on Monday after a contempt of Congress citation passed the House of Representatives last month, a Republican congressional source said.
Committee chairman Rep. Darrell Issa's official Twitter account echoed the developments.

Power Hungry Darrell Issa Cries when Arnold takes his Dream Job
Darrell Issa Funded the recall of Calif Gov Gray Davis with $1 million of his own money. His plan was to then become elected Governor of California. However, Arnold stepped in and took Issa's dream job...and Issa, hungry for power, cried like a big Baby.
Holder needs to be let go...then arrested and tried.
It's no wonder nothing gets done. They continue with these distractions hoping he won't notice the vote tampering going on by the republicans in PA and OH.
In Ohio they extended the days they can vote (in red areas). But they cut the number of days people can vote in blue areas. Yep, there's fraud alright. And the right-wingers are at it AGAIN AND AGAIN.
And you wonder why Congress has a 17% approval rating. This story makes me sick to my stomach.
Fast & Furious was a program developed under the Bush Administration. That always seeems to get lost in the argument. Issa hasn't called for the previous A.G. to testify. Now why is that? Disgraceful!!!

Just because they couldn't (or didn't want to) deal with Holder. Why aren't there any people from the actual program call before the committee? Why aren't any of them being held to the fire by the committee? I'd like to see that first.
