Priebus: RNC won't support Akin in Senate race

(CNN) - Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus further urged Rep. Todd Akin to drop his U.S. Senate bid in Missouri, saying Tuesday the party is already halting its efforts to back the congressman.

"We're not going to send any money toward that race or spend money on the ground in that particular race. We're obviously going to work very hard for a nominee in Missouri up and down the ticket, congressional seats. But I've already called off the phone banks and all of the volunteers for Congressman Akin's race there," Priebus said on CNN's "The Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer."

Akins jumped the gun with the party platform announcement and now must be punished for doing so. Bad Akins. Bad, bad Akins. You took away our secret and caused people to focus on a war against women, when we wanted to focus elsewhere on Obama. Bad, bad Akins. We are not friends anymore.

Priebus: Lying is a Republican life style and art form. As a Robney-certified etch-a-sketch flip-flop liar, you will savor eating your words, as any sociopath must do to get ahead.

Akin is your man, against women. Yes he did announce GOP platform policy before it was finished. But at the end of the day he is as psycho AND disconnected from facts as the rest of the top Republicans.

Nice touch having him on the House Science committee. After all destroying American science Is necessary for Republican dominion. Having him on the committee is strategic to killing scientific thinking, such as evolution.
