Won't matter, no matter how much the lib media complex pushes this meme. 12% REAL unemployment is going to be the ONLY issue of this election, and obama will lose his job because of it, as he should.

Have no fear...the GOP/Teatroll administrations in those states will screw it up royally, especially for heavily minority communities, and then manufacture a slew of talking opints and nonsense to blame the post-storm conditions on Obama.

I would not be surprised if an angry mob shows up, consisting of seniors, poor, middle class, immigrants, veterans, lgbt, and women.

  6. WILLARD MILTON ROMNEY IS A COWARD & TAX EVADER

Dr. Willke was a Romney supporter back in 2007. Why is Willard distancing himself from him now? That's right. He's the doc who gave Mr. Akin the notion of legitimate rape. But back in 2007, Willard Capone said "Dr. Willke is a leading voice in the anti-abortion movement." Hey Willard, you should go get a photo op with your good friend Dr. Willke.

I don't know how much God has to do to get the attention of the politicians. We've had an earthquake; we've had a hurricane. He said, 'Are you going to start listening to me here?' Listen to the American people because the American people are roaring right now. They know government is on a morbid obesity diet and we've got to rein in the spending." –Rep. Michele Bachmann,

Shouldn’t be concerned about a Hurricane at the convention, they should be More Concerned about Blow-hards in their midst like – A Trump Tantrum that could blow them all away !

  12. GOP puts "$" in "chri$tian" since 60% of the GOP believes they should not care for those less fortunate!

Perhaps, "God's will" will show how displeased He is with the whole Mormon thingy about the Devil being the brother of Jesus.

    Just sayin'...

Hint: If it's not surfaced as a major issue yet, it won't be surfacing as a major issue.

You may now return to your regularly scheduled delusion.

"The GOP needs to "get off womens backs", we deserve better. Next they'll start picking on our children, cowards."

They already are. They want to kill the Dept. of Education and get rid of grants and other gov't assistance for affording college. Too many minorities and "illegals" are getting educations and competing with white children on an even playing field and they can't stand it....not to mention that it annoys them to no end when they can't convince peopel to believe their batsh-t crazy socio-religious mumbo jumbo.

Facts: People who go to college tend to attend church, etc., more regularly, etc. People who don't tend to believe things like "man and dinosaurs shared the planet at the same time" and "if gay people marry, all our children will slowly be gayified."

Now the Repugs are claiming the unemployment rate is 12%.
Next they'll be chanting how the Founding Fathers weren't the liberals of their day – "the Tories/Conservatives were the Liberals".

I'm gonna clear my calendar. This convention is shaping up to be the most entertaining since '68 Chicago. The whole object of the convention is party unity and this time it looks more like the OK Corral. The crazies are taking over, nobody particularly likes the candidate, and Sarah Palin is the wild card.

Romney has enough money to fly everyone to Hawaii if his parade gets rained on!!! Hmm, did not this happen last year too???

On another note: Romney is always stating that President Obama is divisive but yet he is out there talking about Welfare – ginGRINCH about food stamps – "if ya'll want free stuff vote for the other guy" (I say ya'll) – Come on Now! And then you have this abortion and birth control issue – they want to get rid of all illegals – If you ask me, and i don't care if you didn't ask – their America is a far-Right-White America!! The problem with that, they are outnumbered!!!

Obama 2012 – The Only Trusted Way Forward!!

isn't that the job of the mother and father? assuming of course the mother knows who the father is, which she didn't for the first four kids, but hopefully does now?

hey GOP what happened to the JOBS JOBS JOBS you all were supposed to be focused on when you took over in 2010? The only ones getting jobs are lawyers fighting these abortion, immigration, and voter ID laws you are trying to pass. Telling people who they can legally marry and/or telling a woman she has to carry the child of incest or rape to full term is not getting more jobs but it is showing a congress only approved of by 10% of the nation and I bet my son's scout troop has passed more laws than this congress has.

I don't want the good folk of Tampa to be hurt by Hurricane Isaac; I just wish we could figure out a way for it to just hit the convention center (before the regular folk have arrived). Also, will Pat Robertson and the other idiot-hypocrites blame the hurricane on the evil Republicans gathering together? They're quick to attribute other acts of god to the misbehavior of liberals and gays.

It appears that mother nature has a wicked sense of humor and impeccable timing with Isaac likely affecting national convention filled with 70,000 global climate change deniers in Tampa next week. Not to mention Akin's foot in the mouth disease suddenly afflicting his party's platform committee at this same event enough to force Romney/Ryan to distance themselves from this clown even though their previous positions on abortion are exactly the same, re: no exceptions for rape regardless whether they are "legitimate". Someone upstairs is trying to tell us something, ya think? That being said, let's hope Florida will not suffer great harm or any human loss from this storm.
