Bill Clinton to hit trail for Obama

Charlotte, North Carolina (CNN) - Former President Bill Clinton is taking is his support of President Barack Obama onto the campaign trail.

One day after his highly praised 48-minute long address Thursday night in prime time to the Democratic convention, in which he made the case for the president's re-election, an Obama campaign official tells CNN that the former president will campaign for Obama in Florida and Ohio next week.

Obama narrowly won both battleground states four years ago, and the most recent polls indicate the race between the president and Republican challenger Mitt Romney is all knotted up in both states.

Good thing the GOPers/Teatrolls don't believe in climate change....getting them to switch to cloth manpampers to catch the "fallout" every time Bubba's involvement in Obama's campaign scares the crap out of them would create all kinds of laundry nightmares.

Gosh, Now we all know Bill thinks he should still be president. The nightly talk shows wish for lots of funny stuff from Bill but he isn't funny anymore. But maybe he will be like the Scarecrow and finally get a brain.

The Democrats must be committed to krunning through the tape".

This election is unique because the US has never been mired in an economic slowdown like this one where we must BURN OFF 30 years of trickle down economics and structural budget deficits. Clinton was right to check his ego @ the door and say that not he, or ANY of his predecesors, could have ccompletely fixed this mess yet.

    When??????

I dunno. Dubya's been hitting the trails with Romney for months now, kinda like a "shadow" campaigner...you know...blowing in Mitt's ears with words of economic sweet nothings.

Ol' Bill is still Bill, loud, boistrious, and the most prolific liar to ever abide in the WHite House. He still has the gift of gab, but isn't the President and Obama is beyond help.

O.K. , we heard a lot of promises , wrong numbers and stats , so tonight Obama should step up to the plate and tell us how he is going to pay for all the wonderful promises , how he is going to reduce the debt and get Americans back to work.
Give us the math , no silly rhetoric about hope , change and forward .
The last 4 years have been dismal and I am considering to give Mitt Romney my vote.

No one says ELEGANT AND INTELLIGENT like Bill Clinton. He's going to make mince-meat out of alexithymic Mitt and his side-kick, radical Ryan.

Gotta love all the die hard conservatives here trying to put Bill Clinton down. At least Clinton cited facts compared to Romney/Ryan's "we'll get back to you after the elections." Speaking of Ryan who even Fox News pointed out as being dishonest with his speech, I'm glad Clinton exposed his hypocrisy.
