NEW YORK (CNNMoney) - The labor market lost momentum last month as job growth fell to a disappointingly slow pace.
The unemployment rate fell, but that was largely due to people who stopped looking for jobs.

Bottom line: the UNEMPLOTMENT RATE FELL to 8.1% from 8.3% two months before the election.
Things are better than they were and are moving in the RIGHT DIRECTION.
• If Resources are the backbone of any economy then whoever controls those Resources has power to establish, develop, create, maintain, grow, stimulate, or advance economic growth.
• The Fifth Amendment to Constitution says “The Supreme Court has held that the federal gov and each state has the power of eminent domain—the power to take private property for "public use".
• Right or wrong, we the people have given this power to the Gov. The US Gov as well is responsible for REGULATING the exchange of goods and services by whatever exchange medium agreed to and accepted by the people (US Dollar).

obama is nothing but lies, I cannot wait to see how obama spins the jobs report, only 96000 jobs in August and the revised June and July jobs reports are down, but obama will make a big deal out of the fact that unemployment went down, but tell the truth, it went down because people have quit looking, labor rates are only taken on those who are looking not those that the obama administration have already said no more to. Its time for this idiot to go and put a businessman in charge, bye bye obama.

Great, It takes minimum of 130,000 jobs a week to keep up with population growth and somehow this dismal 96,000 shows a LOWERING of the unemployment rate. Obviously these numbers are pure manipulation. Wall Street was predicting at least 125,000 so hang on for the fall today.

Another anemic jobs report below expectations indicating job growth continues to lag population growth and the economy continues to weaken rather than strengthen. The only reason the unemployment rate ever drops is because more and more people continue to drop out of the job market entirely and are taken off the books. This election is about nothing more than jobs for the American people and Mr. BO has been a pathetic and miserable failure, period!
Give obama four more years to help fix this ecomony. Put Romney & Ryan in and you can kiss these new jobs bye bye.

1.3 million Americans filed for first time unemployment in August, Obama's 44th month in office.
Unemployment drops to 8.1% only because 368,000 gave up looking for a job. Why is this not reported?

ok now yesterday it was reported 201,000 jobs were added to the economy.....now it's 96,000. Do these people really have any idea what they are talking about?
As soon as EVERYONE drops out and quits looking for work, the unemployment rate will drop to 0%. Then where do we go from there, it's not UTOPIA.

And then there was your hair plugged vice president who proclaimed the summer of 2010 as the "summer of prosperity" due to the stimulus program telling about all of the wealth and propertiy that will come our way if the most corrupt, inept, incompetent president in our history is given 4 more years. I think that democrat liberals might as well just stick to name calling, demeaning, and diminishing those who actually work for a living and pay taxes. It is the only thing they do really well.
The GOP will jump on this as not doing enough to get people to work... Really, what was the first bill that the GOP controlled House did in 2011 when it officially took over. I don't think it was a jobs bill. It isn't enough for most people, and I am sure that the president is disappointed as well. I would like to see the amount of new private sector jobs much higher also.
