Dems get boost as both parties seek to leverage conventions

Charlotte, North Carolina (CNN) - For Democrats who gathered at their convention in the swing state of North Carolina, the high glitz extravaganza watched by millions on television was a partisan infomercial that has paid off, for the moment, in energizing their voters.

For Republicans who convened in the battleground state of Florida, the impact on the party faithful of their event has waned.

The republican convention had no substance whatsoever. I heard more personal biographies & Obama hating than I did about policy. The democrat convention was everything the republican convention was not. Simple as that. So my message to democrat lawmakers is to grab onto the President's coattails and ride the wave.

The circus was in Charlotte and what a joke if you would look at fact check you will see Clinton, Biden, Obama, and almost every Democrat that spoke was nothing but half truths and plain out right lies check for yourself but like most Democrats they believe what ever King Obama and King Clinton say.

You need to put down the crack pipe and find out for yourself this Country can't take another out of control spending that Obama and his party are doing think about it 16 TRILLION DOLLARS in DEBT and counting a BILLION more everyday.

Thanks to Mr. Eastwood, not many people can recall what Romney spoke about, but they sure can name what he didn't speak about--the troops, the wars, foreign policy in general.

  4. The REAL Truth...

Heck, honey boo-boo had better Neilsen's than the RNC. Ignoring the usual and constant Obama bashing theme, the only item from the convention were the 2 louts who were ejected for throwing peanuts at a black camera man and making references to feeding monkeys! That showed the true value of the RNC.
Compare that to the throngs at the DNC and it's pretty obvious that the GOP doesn't stand a chance in Nov.

Show us some pics of the republicans having fun in the girly bars. Maybe then we'll think they are human. Lots of girly bars in Tampa. I'm sure lots of pictures were taken, too.

There wasn't a Democrat that spoke that didn't base Mitt so If I was you your party has no reason to hang your heads high like they are above bashing.

I am glad you put God back in your platform even if it wasn't two thirds of the majority and had to take a vote three times and still didn't pass but your great chairman rammed it down your throats like you did with Obamacare to the rest of the Country.

    Have a nice day.
