Republicans blame Obama for Fed action

Washington (CNNMoney) - Republicans used the Federal Reserve's announcement of a third round of stimulus to blast President Obama, saying the lackluster economic recovery he's overseen is behind the central bank's "artificial" and "ineffective" move.

Most Republicans, including the campaign of presidential candidate Mitt Romney, used the Fed's move to tout their main campaign message going into the Nov. 6 elections, that Obama's economic stewardship has failed.

in other words, after 4 years of obama, democrat and fed tricks, gimmicks, smoke and mirrors, the economy is still a unmitigated disaster, teetering on the brink of another recession.

now there's a glowing endorsement of obama and the democrats. yes, four more years and we too can be greece. riots in the streets and worthless money. it'll all be a great time.

...and Republicans keep telling us that DC does not have a revenue problem. We've had one ever since the first round of Bush Tax Cuts.

More of the blame game. Tired old GOP garbage that people are sick of hearing. Spend the next four years coming up with a decent candidate GOP'ers.

Oh, that's right, we wouldn't want the economy to improve before November, even though the GOP has been choking it for 3 plus years! Traitors they are in my opinion. They care more about their Party and the Country.

"How can Obama's economic stewardship not fail when the man hasn't held a Jobs Council meeting since I believe January??????"

The jobs council made its recommendations and Obama largely proposed that they be enacted. The GOP/Teatrolls blocked the legislation. What, pray tell, would be the point of continuing to hold jobs council meetings if all the GOP/Teatrolls are going to do is say "no...go back and propose something else until you've proposed somethign that falls exactly in line with our ideology and party line policy positions."?

I think it's more from Republican inaction to help the economy, after all their number one goal is to make obama a one-term President. They, by their inaction have spoken volumes that it is party/self-interest or reelection before country and I blame them, as well as the senate Republicans who have more fillibusters in the last few years than in the whole history of our senate.

What's new. The Teataliban blames the "secret mooslum" for everything! They blamed him for the drought and things that happened even before he was nominated. Yesterday Willard stated he was going to get the GOP behind him and he has. I saw McCain flip flopping on Today this morning.

Do they have any idea of how narrow minded they seem??

    OBAMA 2012!

Witnesses said the mob at the consulate included tribesmen, militia and other gunmen.

A 17-year-old who took part in the attack, said "The protesters were running around the compound just looking for Americans, they just wanted to find an American so they could catch one," he told Reuters. "We started shooting at them, and then some other people also threw hand-made bombs over the fences and started the fires in the buildings."

    ie, Obama's new drone targets.

The 17 members of the Federal Open Market Committee predict the economy will grow only 1.7% to 2% this year, which would hardly be an improvement over last year's pace. In 2013, they expect the economy to grow between 2.5% to 3%. But even at that rate, growth would still not be strong enough to boost hiring.

The Fed sees the unemployment rate staying above 8% through the end of this year, and not falling below 7% until at least 2014.

Lets see – tax cuts for the wealthy equals jobs and economic improvement BUT the president has to rescue the economy once again by encouraging a stimulus becuse the "wealthy who will create jobs have not done so! Typical Republican lunacy – I hope to see the day when their are democrats and libertarians an "NO" republicans anywhere ere – Republicans make me sick!

i'm sure the stock market willl go wild as more and more money is pumped into it. values will increase, not because the value of the companies is increasing, but because all of this money drives demand. but now gasoline is over $4 a gallon across the usa and everybody knows obamageddon is descending on us in january, so you can pretty much count on a recession at this point. brace for impact people. obama and the democrats are coming in for a hard landing. unemployment will now start at 8.1% and will go up over 11% npo matter how much they jigger the numbers.
