Washington (CNN) – Come the first Tuesday in November, when millions are streaming into polling stations across the country, as much as 40% of Americans will have already voted.
In 2004, 22% of Americans voted early and that rate rose to 34% in 2008, according to Paul Gronke, Professor of Political Science who founded and runs the Early Voting Information Center at Reed College in Oregon.
Please vote dem
early voting is a big deal here in Texas. I do it all the time which is one of the reasons Republicans are trying to stop it in certain areas. Early voters tend to be seniors, students, minorities and lower income and 3 of the 4 mentioned tend to vote Democratic. Seniors can go either way and this year with Medicare being an issue they may tend to go Democrat as well.
2 weeks to early votng here.
Obama/Biden and Dem all the way.
They're trying to change, shorten the hours in Florida on this early voting deal, more voter supression and we'll see if lawyers step in to help seniors ,the disabled, minorities as well as college students,it got to be stopped..Republicans didn't do it in their primaries only in presidencial elections like in 2000,2004 the Bush years,so they're scared it might happen to them ha,karma can be so cruel!!!
This is a question I'd like to pose to Mr Romney. Sir, you struggle and strive mightily and are spending a fortune in atempt to become president. The election will be close. I and many others will not vote for you if you do not release your previous returns. It would be so simple to do.Don't you think your behaviour in this matter is totally inconsistent with all your other actions and goals ?
