I can't wait to see how the donkeys will spin this around into a negative to make Obama look better in the job he is not doing.

Who cares? 10 years of returns...NOW...or 2010 and 2011 were just the smoke screen to make him look good...and not even that great when you look under the hood.

I, along many middle-class Americans, have paid a much higher rate than Romney.

And under Ryan's plan, Romney supported paying no taxes at all.

    It's not right.

SHOW US THE PREVIOUS 10 YEARS!!! What a spectacular time to release your 2011 tax returns Willard. This week has been a disaster for Willard's campaign and now they're trying to distract us with just 1 year of taxes. Do they think they can brush his 47% comments under the rug? I don't think so. The American People don't play that!

So he pays less percentage taxes than a working mom lucky enough to make $40,000 / year. Excuse me, but who's getting the free ride... who's paying for whose lunch? I don't see how you can get away from the fact that we're all chipping in so that Romney can be his wife a horse. Like Clinton said: it's arithmetic. And that's the straight truth! The wealth IS being redistributed... UPWARDS.

Romney pays such a low tax rate that he did not take two million dollars of charitable deductions to try to make his tax rate look better and stay above 13% in 2011. Romney trying to deceive the American public into thinking that the tax laws are fairer for rich people like him than they really are. 14% is still less than the 15.3% in payroll taxes (at the normal rate) that most workers and their employers pay and that is before they even begin to add the rate that they pay in income taxes. Therefore, unless you make millions in capital gains or carried interest and your working you almost definitely pay a higher tax rate than Romney since he pays almost nothing in payroll taxes on his 13 million of income.

More importantly, he paid 1.9 MILLION dollars.

Obama is demonizing the rich, who actually keep this country afloat, totally unfairly!

By the way, Obama is now a multi-millionaire himself.......and no one is even asking how that happened?

It's too late we are not stupid Romney. Why summarize the other years and not release everything. This will not make us forget you hate half of our citizens.

Romney really hurt himself by not dealing with this tax return issue months ago. It only perpetuated the perception that he has something to hide, is not forthcoming, and simply can not be trusted to be straight with the American people.
And boy, I sure wish all of us working stiffs only had a 14% tax rate.

My ohh my! Rick must have been at the 47% secret dinner. What anger, disgust, and resentment of the 47%. Shall we all now bow down to Rick and his buddies Romney & Ryan? Oh, and don't forget "you people" Quenn Ann.

If he doesn't show any more yearly tax returns then we know in the other years he paid less – or else he'd show us those too.

Look at the job Romney is doing managing his campaign. Not good. BTW, the return shows that Romney made nearly $1.3 million in charitable donations that he didn't take as deductions, apparently just to keep his rate over 14%.

Minimum wage employees pay 15.3% in taxes ... Romney still pays LESS at 14%! What a corrupt, class warfare system!

This places him in the highest quiltile for individual effective tax rates. For the idiots who think that 14% is low...that means he pays a higher percentage than you.

So, because Obama is now rich, he must be keeping this country afloat.....so what is your problem with him? He's rich, that seems to be all the criteria the righties need these days.
