BO is not in the debate, he seems intent on getting out his rhetoric not participating in the debate. The reason Romney looks like he is controlling is because he has something cogent to say, BO is not able to think on his feet, he is losing his train of thought on many occasions until he can recall the script and then he gets going again.

President Obama misses a point: if you smoke .. Why should I pay for your insurance! If you are a bad driver, you pay a higher premium! Health insurance should be the same! Not government mandated.
