After spending days in preparation and raising expectations for their respective opponent, both candidates will have the chance to make their case with a little more than one month before Election Day.

Obama won his round of golf earlier today. Not the debate!
Mitt did well and lied through his teeth.
No excuse that Obama has not spoke in four years. Romney is brand new at this and killed it. He has a great plan, and has a plan in general. Obama is going to sacrifice so many families by taking their jobs away. Like Mitt said, jobs are the most important thing right now, not taking away jobs..
Romney nail this debate. Obama just looked uncomfortable up there.

Okay...I agree...if Obama thinks we are people who should be "trained" I am just angry. Why is he the person, with nose in the air, that decides how I should be "trained." Very sad...Obama looks not so "smart" on all these issues. He was very befuddled tonight.

Obama's health care plan will cut the reimbursement for providers (which is already low) and create a health care crisis as providers will stop taking medicare. Worse, private insurers will follow and cut their reimbursement squeezing the providers and making greater profits.
Romney lied when he said Mass. had best school system in the country". Maryland has the best.... not Mass.
So what the President plays golf Bush didn't leave the elementary school during Story book time when he got word of 9/11 was the story time that serious so I guess all the Mitt supporters don't want Obama to sleep and eat either!!?? He is not a robot like Romney

Obama used to be a blood thirsty lawyer. And facts show the last 4 years have sucked. My parents lost their jobs because of his heathcare changes and we have had to go into bankruptcy. I wasn't for romney in the start but he would do a hell better job then obama has done. Obama will further ruin this country.
Romney won this hands down, obviously...if you can't see it there's something terribly wrong with you and you're a danger to society.
I still don't trust Romney. He lied again about affecting current seniors' Medicare where his repeal would open the doughnut hole again whereby increasing seniors' costs.
Debate did not change my position. Voting for President Obama who cares about all Americans.
All I heard was the same old talking points. Romney takes whatever position he thinks is popular, which is why he does not have details. This was the most boring presidential debate I have ever watched. I learned nothing new.

Obama won hands down. I think he sees Mittens for wut he is -rude, arrogant, ignorant and out of touch. I wouldnt give him time of day either. Good luck to all! Hopefully the next 4 years improve even more!

Did Mitt fire Jim Lehrer right in front of everyone ? Romney did OK but he was very snotty and interuptive and did show that he thinks he is all that.I thought Obama was respectul and Presidential but Romney is just hard to like and that smug look he held every second when he was not speaking was part of his ability to be liked

Romney is a great debater. In the debates he was on his toes more so than Obama, however Obama has kept his promises where Romney is a flip flopper. This does not mean ,however, that alone either will be a good president and that with two oposing veiws they would make a great team to balance both sides of the political veiws, thust if they were to work together and not against the other our economy would benfit more.
Jim L. is VERY weak in handling who speaks when, making sure the speaker is given an un-interrupted time to answer the question they are asked, and he has sounded biased. Mitt is full of promises and statistics and unexplained ideas. Does anyone really think the president fixes these problems by himself without the support of congress? The president didn't create these problems and it takes time to fix them. This is being run as a time for Mitt and his empty promises and numbers. WHERE IS THE MODERATOR??? ISN'T HE SUPPOSE TO BE RUNNING THE SHOW??
